Abstract

The present invention relates to a sandwich structure, and more particularly to a sandwich structure suitable for use where the high strength, high rigidity, impact resistance as well as excellent sound absorption, discharge and heat insulation. The conventional honeycomb foam layer has a disadvantage in that it is difficult to manufacture, heavy, and cracking occurs as a whole. The sandwich structure according to the present invention has a foam layer having a different density from each other. Sandwich structure according to the present invention has an advantage of excellent strength, impact resistance compared to the weight, even if a crack is generated does not proceed as a whole structure. The sandwich structure according to the present invention is a place where high strength, high rigidity and impact resistance are required, in particular, an outer panel of a vehicle. It is very useful when used in a cabin.
