Abstract
본 발명은 신규한 균주를 이용한 생물학적 폐수처리방법에 관한 것이고, 이 방법은 폐수 처리능을 갖는 균주로서 바실러스속 미생물 KH 3-2(KCTC 8695P)를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 방법은 종래 미생물 혼합 제제를 사용하는 방법과는 달리 단일 균주를 이용하면서도 폐수 처리효과가 뛰어난 장점이 있다. 나아가, 본 발명에 따른 균주는 염분에 대한 내성이 우수하여 염분을 고농도로 함유하는 폐수의 처리에도 유용하게 사용될 것으로 예측된다.The present invention relates to a biological wastewater treatment method using a novel strain, the method is characterized by using the Bacillus microorganism KH 3-2 (KCTC 8695P) as a strain having a wastewater treatment capacity. The method of the present invention has the advantage of excellent wastewater treatment effect using a single strain unlike the method using a conventional microbial mixed formulation. In addition, the strain according to the present invention is excellent in salt resistance and is expected to be useful for the treatment of wastewater containing a high concentration of salt.
