Claims (7)
- 자외선경화형잉크로 인쇄가능한 표면으로, 상기 표면이, 302eV에서의 [C-O]n결합피이크와 305eV에서의 C-C결합피이크비율, 즉, [C-O]n결합피이크/C-C결합피이크비율이 2.5 이상인 X선광전자스펙트럼을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리옥시메틸렌물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자외선경화형잉크와 이것에 이소시아네이트화합물을 첨가하여, 이루어진 잉쇄잉크로 인쇄가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리옥시메틸렌물품.
- 표면이 302eV에서의 [C-O]n결합피이크와 305eV에서의 C-C결합피이크비율, 즉, [C-O]n결합피이크, C-C결합피이크비율이 2.5 이상인 X선광전자스펙트럼을 달성할 때까지, 폴리옥시메틸렌물품에 자외선, 코로나방전, 및 전자빔 중에서 선택된 활동선을 산소존재하에 작용시키는 것으로 이루어진 폴리옥시메틸렌물품에 대한 인쇄적성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 200℃ 이상에서 용융된 폴리옥시메틸렌을 200℃ 이상으로 유지된 사출금형에 공급하여, 사출성형하고, 얻어진 폴리옥시메틸렌물품을, 표면이 302eV에서의 [C-O]n결합피이크와 350eV에서의 C-C결합피이크비율, 즉, [C-O]n결합피이크/C-C결합피이크비율이 2.5 이상인 X선광전자스펙트럼을 달성할 때까지 보유하는 것으로 이루어진, 폴리옥시메틸렌물품에 대한 인쇄적성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 사출성형된 폴리옥시메틸렌 물품의 표면에 산소존재하에 비율이 2.5 이상이 달성될 때까지 자외선, 코로나방전 및 전자빔에서 선택한 활동선을 작용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리옥시메틸렌물품에 대한 인쇄적성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 302eV에서의 [C-O]n결합피이크와 305eV에서의 C-C결합피이크의 비율, 즉, [C-O]n결합피이크/C-C결합피이크비율이 2.5 이상인 X선 광전자스펙트럼을 지니는 폴리옥시메틸렌물품의 표면을 자외선경화형 잉크로인쇄하고, 인쇄면을 자외선조사하는 것으로 이루어진 폴리옥시메틸렌물품의 인쇄방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 자외선경화형잉크는 이소시아네이트화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리옥시메틸렌몰품의 인쇄방법.
