Abstract
본 발명은 용접 영역에까지 돌출된 노즐에 의해 용접 영역을 덮는 보호 가스가 공급되는 고정 전극과 용접할 금속 공작편 사이의 용접 아크 점화 방법을 개시하고 있다. 용접 아크를 방전하는 용접 전류원의 접속 이전에 보조 전류원으로부터 방전된 보조 아크가 용접 영역에서 점화되고, 이 보조 아크에 의해 용접 전류원의 접속 후 용접 아크가 점화된다. 용접 영역의 이온화를 증진시키고 보조 아크를 확실하게 점화시키기 위해, 용접 영역에서 고주파 고전압 임펄스를 공급하는 임펄스 발생기에 의해 노즐과 공작편 사이에 고주파-아크가 생성된다.

Claims (1)
- 용접 영역에까지 돌출된 노즐에 의해 용접 영역을 덮는 보호 가스가 공급되며, 용접 아크를 방전하는 용접 전류원의 접속 이전에 보조 전류원으로부터 방전된 보조 아크가 용접 영역에서 점화되고 이 보조 아크에 의해 용접 전류원의 접속 후 용접 아크가 점화되며, 용접 영역에서 보조 아크를 점화시키기 위해 우선 고주파 고전압 임펄스를 공급하는 임펄스 발생기에 의해 고주파-아크가 생성되는 고정 전극과 용접할 금속 공작편 사이의 용접 아크 점화 방법에 있어서, 일측으로 노즐(7)에, 타측으로 공작편에 임펄스 발생기(11)를 접속함으로써 이들 양 부재 사이에 고주파-아크가 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 아크 점화 방법.
