Abstract
공지된 전자 작동식 밸브에서는 밸브 니들이 관형상의 가동자와, 슬리브상의 결합관과, 밸브 폐쇄부재로 구성되어 있다. 이런 경우에 연료는 밸브 니들의 내부를 유동하여 밸브 폐쇄부재까지 도달하고, 이어서 밸브니들에 설치된 가로방향 구멍을 걸쳐 밸브시트의 방향에 유출된다.
본 발명에 의한 밸브 니들(18)은 밸브 니들(18)의 적어도 밸브 니들 구분(19)과 밸브 폐쇄부재 구분(24)의 디프드로잉 성형에 의해 일체의 구성부분으로 제조된다는 우수한 점이 있다. 밸브시트의 방향으로의 연료의 유동을 보증하기 위해서는 밸브 니들 구분(19)에, 예컨대 2개의 압박부(61)가 설치되며, 반구형 쉘 형상을 갖는 밸브 폐쇄부재 구분(24)에는 평평한 면취부(25)가 가공성형 되어 있다. 즉, 연료는 밸브의 니들 구분(19)의 외주면을 따라 유동된다. 본 발명에 의한 밸브 니들은 혼합기 압축형의 불꽃 점화 내연기관의 연료 분사장치에서의 연료 분사 밸브를 위해 특히 적합하다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 밸브 니들을 구비한 연료 분사 밸브를 도시하고 있으며,
제2도는 밸브 니들의 평면도를 도시하고 있다.
Claims (10)
- 전자 작동식 밸브, 특히 내연기관의 연료분사장치를 위한 연료분사 밸브에 사용되는 밸브 니들에 있어서, 상기 밸브가 코어와 전자 코일과 고정된 밸브시트를 구비하며, 상기 밸브시트가 가동자와 밸브 니들 구분과 밸브 폐쇄부재 구분으로 형성된 밸브 니들과 협동하게 되어 있으며, 또한 밸브 니들 구분이 가동자를 밸브 폐쇄부재 구분과 결합하는 형식이고, 밸브 니들(18)의 적어도 밸브 니들 구분(19)과 밸브 폐쇄부재 구분(24)이 디프드로잉 성형에 의해 일체의 구성부분으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자작동식 밸브에 사용되는 밸브니들.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밸브 니들 구분(19)과 밸브 폐쇄부재 구분(24)이 일체의 디프드로잉 성형체(31)를 형성하며, 상기 디프드로잉 성형체(31)가 세로로 긴 컵 형상을 하며, 밸브 니들 구분(19)자체는 관형태로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자작동식 밸브에 사용되는 밸브 니들.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밸브 폐쇄부재 구분(24)이 반구형 쉘의 형상을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자작동식 밸브에 사용되는 밸브 니들.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디프드로잉 성형체(31)의 밸브 폐쇄부재 구분(24)의 반대쪽의 단부(20)가 적어도 1개의 용접심(28;weld seam)에 의해 가동자(27)에 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자작동식 밸브에 사용되는 밸브 니들.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밸브 니들 구분(19)의 밸브 폐쇄부재 구분(24)의 반대쪽인 단부(20)에는 외주면의 측부에 적어도 1개의 압박부(61)가 가공성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자작동식 밸브에 사용되는 밸브 니들.
- 제5항에 있어서, 밸브 니들 구분(19)에 설치된 적어도 1개의 압박부(61)은 V자 형상을 가지며, 축방향으로 세로로 길게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자작동식 밸브에 사용되는 밸브 니들.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 디프드로잉 성형체(31)가 가동자(27)에 설치된 관통구멍(50)에 투입된 상태에서 상기 압박부(61)에 의해 가동자(27)의 내부에 축방향으로 연장하는 적어도 1개의 유동 통로(63)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자작동식 밸브에 사용되는 밸브 니들.
- 밸브 니들, 특히 가동자와 밸브 니들 구분과 밸브 폐쇄부재 구분으로 형성된 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느한 항에 기재한 밸브 니들을 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 우선 제1방법 스텝에서 박판으로 형성된 소재를 디프드로잉 성형에 의해 컵의 형태로 형성함으로써, 밸브 니들 구분(19)과 밸브 폐쇄부재 구분(24)을 형성하고, 그후에 시간적인 순서를 규정하지 않는 다른 방법은, 엠보스 가공에 의해 밸브 폐쇄부재 구분(24)의 외주면에 평평한 면취부(25)를 설치하는 단계와, 밸브 니들 구분(19)에 밸브 폐쇄부재 구분(24)의 반대쪽의 단부(20)에 적어도 1개의 압박부(61)를 가공성형하는 단계와, 밸브 폐쇄부재 구분(24)을 표면처리하는 단계와, 가동자(27)와 밸브 니들 구분(19) 사이에 강한 결합을 형성하는 단계를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 니들을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 압박부(61)의 가공성형을 엠보스 가공법에 의해 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 니들을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 표면처리를 CVD(화학증착)법 또는 PVD(물리증착)법에 의해 층을 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 니들을 제조하기 위한 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
