Abstract
본 발명은 가스센서에 관한 것으로, 특히 과일 또는 채소류 등이 유입 또는 반출됨을 감지할 수 있도록한 가스센서에 관한 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 가스센서는 산화주석과 산화텅스텐이 소정비율로 혼합된 화합물로 형성되어 식품으로부터 발생되는 가스성분을 감지하는 감지막과, 상기 가스성분을 감지함에 따라 변화되는 감지막의 저항변화를 측정하기 위한 전극과, 센싱 동작온도로 센서를 가열하기 위한 히터와, 상기 히터가 제1온도영역과 제2온도영역으로 동작되도록 히터의 공급전원을 스위칭하는 스위치를 포함하여 구성된 것이다.

제1도는 종래의 식품류 신선도 감지를 위한 가스센서 구조도, 제2도는 종래의 식품류 신선도 감지를 위한 가스센서 공정 순서도, 제3도는 종래의 가스센서 동작을 설명하기 위한 회로도, 제4도는 본 발명의 가스센서 평면도, 제5도는 본 발명 가스센서의 조립도, 제6도는 본 발명 가스센서의 동작 회로도, 제7도는 본 발명 가스센서의 출력 파형도.
Claims (3)
- 산화주석과 산화텅스텐이 소정비율로 혼합된 화합물로 형성되어 식품으로부터 발생되는 가스성분을 감지하는 감지막과, 상기 가스성분을 감지함에 따라 변화되는 감지막의 저항변화를 측정하기 위한 전극과, 센싱 동작온도로 센서를 가열하기 위한 히터와, 상기 히터가 제1온도영역과 제2온도영역으로 동작되도록 히터의 공급전원을 스위칭하는 스위치를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 가스센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 감지막의 성분비는 80∼95wt%의 산화주석 +5∼20wt%의 산화텅스텐임을 특징으로 하는 가스센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 히터의 제1온도영역은 250∼350℃이고, 제2온도영역은 100∼200℃가 되도록 스위치가 공급전원을 스위칭함을 특징으로 하는 가스센서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
