목적 :
표면이 매끄러운 반죽면류를 제공한다.
구성 :
소맥분 등에 물을 가하여서 반죽한 후 소망의 형상의 생면으로하고 단시간 열탕중에 데친 후, 그 표면으로부터 수분을 제거한 후 물에 담구던가 용기 또는 포장용 포대안에 물과 같잉 봉입하는 것으로 된다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 반숙면류의 제조법을 설명하기 위하여 그 한가닥을 확대한 단면을 나타낸 약도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 주원료로 하여 소맥분에 물을 첨가하여 반죽한 생면을 소망의 형상으로 성형한 후에 삶아서 제품으로 하는 반숙면류의 제조법에 있어서 진기 성형된 생지를 극히 단시간에 삶는 일과, 전기, 삶아서 된 생지의 표면으로부터 수분을 제거하는 것과, 전기 표면으로부터 수분을 제거함 생지를 물에 담구는 것으로 된 반숙면류의 제조법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 성형된 생지의 삶는 시간을 전기생지의 굵기에 따라서 약 3초 내지 180초로 하는 반숙면류의 제조법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 표면으로부터 수분을 제거한 생지를 물과 같이 용기 또는 포장용 포대에 봉입하는 것으로 된, 반숙면류의 제조법.
