Abstract

본 발명은 i)a) 메틸 메타크릴레이트계 아크릴 수지 40 내지 60중량% 및 b) 개질된 PVC 60 내지 40중량%의 혼합물로 이루어진 결합제 5 내지 25중량%(고형분 함량); ii) 에스테르류, 방향족물질 및 케톤류를 0.9 : 2.5 : 1.2 내지 1.1 : 2.7 : 1.4의 중량비율로 하여 구성된 용매 혼합물 60 내지 85중량%: 및 iii) 도전성 안료 5 내지 25중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 코팅 조성물을 제공한다.
본 발명의 도전성 코팅 조성물은 플락스틱 표면의 정전하 방지용으로 사용하기에 적합하다.

Claims (6)

  1. i)a) 메틸 메타크릴레이트계 아크릴 수지 40내지 60중량% 및 b) 개질된 PVC 60내지 40중량%의 혼합물로 이루어진 결합제 5 내지 25중량%(고형분 함량); ii) 에스테르류, 방향족 물질 및 케톤류를 0.9 : 2.5 : 1.2 내지 1.1 : 2.7 : 1.4의 중량비율로 하여 구성된 용매 혼합물 60 내지 85중량%; 및 iii) 도전성 안료 5 내지 25중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 코팅 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 아크릴 수지가 메틸 메타크릴레이트계수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 코팅 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 PVC가 비닐 아세테이트로 개질된 것임을 특징으로 하는 도전성 코팅 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 용매가 n-부틸 아세테이트, 솔베쏘 150, 크실렌, 쉘졸 A, 디이소부틸 케톤, 디아세톤 알콜 및 시클로헥사논인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 코팅 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 안료가 안티몬-도핑된 산화 주석으로 코팅된 운모인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 코팅 조성물.
  6. 제l항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한항에 따른 코팅 조성물을 플라스틱의 도전성 코팅에 사용하는 용도.
