Claims (10)
- 불순 과산화수소 수용액을 (a) 양이온 교환 수지층, 할로겐-함유 다공성 수지층 및 음이온 교환 수지층에 순서대로, 또는(b) 할로겐-함유 다공성 수지층, 양이온 교환 수지층 및 음이온 교환 수지층에 순서대로, 또는 (c) 할로겐-함유 다공성 수지층 및 양이온/음이온 혼합상 수지층에 순서대로 통과시켜, 상기 용액을 각 수지와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 불순 과산화수소 수용액의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양이온 교환 수지가 이온 교환기인 SO3H 기를 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음이온 교환 수지가 탄산염 또는 중탄산염 형태의 이온 교환기인 4차 암모늄기를 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐-함유 다공성 수지가 10∼40중량%의 할로겐을 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐-함유 다공성 수지가 200∼600m2/g의 비표면적을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐-함유 다공성 수지가 습윤시 1.1∼1.3의 참비중을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불순 과산화수소 수용액이 10∼70중량%의 농도로 과산화수소를 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불순 과산화수소 수용액이 유기 탄소 총량으로 환산하여 500mgℓ이하의 농도로 유기 불순물을 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정제 과산화수소 수용액이 각종 금속 양이온을 5ppb 이하의 양으로, 각종 음이온을 10ppb 이하의 양으로, 그리고 유기 불순물을 유기 탄소 총량으로 환산하여 5ppm 이하의 양으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불순 과산화수소 수용액이 안트라퀴논법에 따라 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
