Claims (10)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 단위로 구성된 오르가노실리콘화합물로 유기질섬유를 함침시키는 방법.위식에서, R은 각각의 경우 같거나 다르며 1가 유기래디컬이고, R1은 각각의 경우 같거나 다르며 수소원자 또는 1가 유기래디컬이고, R2는 각각의 경우 같거나 다르며 -QSO3Mv래디컬이며[Q는 2가 탄화수소래디컬, m은 카티온, V는 M의 전하의 정역치(reciprocal value)임], a는 0, 1, 2 또는 3, b는 0, 1, 2 또는 3, C는 0, 1, 2 또는 3이다. 단, 그 오르가노실리콘화합물은 분자당 적어도 하나의 R2은 래디컬을 가지며 a, b 및 c 합이 3 또는 3 미만이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 단위로 구성된 오르가노실리콘화합물은 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 오르가노폴리실록산 및 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 오르가노폴리실록산과, 일반식(Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅲ)의 오르가노폴리실록산으로 구성되는 그룹(group)에서 선택한 오르가노실리콘화합물임을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.위식에서 R은 각각의 경우 같거나 다르며 1가 유기래디컬이고, R4는 각각의 경우 같거나 다르며 수소원자 또는 1가 유기래디컬이고, R2는 각각의 경우 같거나 다르며 -QSO3Mv래디컬(Q는 2가 탄화수소래디컬, M은 카티온, V는 M전하의 정역치임)이고, m은 20~500의 정수 n은 20∼1000의 정수, 0는 1-40의 정수, p는 0 또는 1이고, [R2SiO]단위전체 또는 일부는[RSiO3/2]-, [R(R1O)SiO]-, [(R1O)2SiO]-, [(R1O)SiO3/2]- 및/또는 [SiO4/2] 단위에 의해 치환되거나 [RR2SiO]단위 전체 또는 일부 각각은 [(R1O)R2SiO]- 및/또는 [R2SiO3/2]단위에 의해 치환된다(여기서 R1및 R27는 위에서 정의한 것과 같음).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Q는 n-프로필렌래디컬임을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, M은 소듐이온, NHEt3 +, NH3(C2H4OH)+, [NH3(CH2)2SiMeO]+와 [NH3(CH2)2NH2(CH2)3SiMeO]2+로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 단위를 구성하는 (폴리)실록산 (Me는 메틸래디컬, Et는 에틸래디컬임)임을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용한 오르가노실리콘화합물은 다음일반식(Ⅴ)의 단위로 구성된 오르가노실리콘화합물을 설파이프와 물의 전재하에서 반응시켜 제조한 오르가노실리콘화합물임을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.위식에서 R4는 각각의 경우 같거나 다르며 1가 유기래디컬이고, R5는 각각의 경우 같거나 다르며 수소원자 또는 1가 유기래디컬이고, R6은 각각의 경우 같거나 다르며 -Q′X 래디컬(Q는 2가 탄화수소래디컬, X는 할로겐원임)이고, d는 0, 1, 2 또는 3, e는 0, 1, 2, 또는 3, f는 0, 2 또는 3이다. 단, 그 오르가노실리콘화합물은 분자당 적어도 하나의 R6래디컬을 가지며, d, e 및 f의 합은 4 또는 4미만이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 그 오르가노실리콘화합물은 수용성분산액의 형태로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 그 수용성분산액은 적어도 하나의 설포네이트기를 포함하며, 그 수용성분산액에 대하여 5-60wt%의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 단위로 구성되는 오르가노실리콘화합물을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 유기질섬유는 울(wool), 면(cotton), 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리아크릴로니트릴 및 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 설포네이트기를 포함하며, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 단위로 구성되는 오르가노실리콘화합물을 함침되는 유기질섬유 총중량에 대하여 0.1~5wt%로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 설포네이트기를 포함하며 일반식(Ⅰ)의 단위로 구성되는 오르가노실리콘화합물은 함침되는 유기질섬유총중량에 대하여 0.3~1.5wt%로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
