Claims (2)
- 케이스에 설치된 다이어프램과 상기 케이스내에 형성되어 상기 다이프램을 지향한 도통공(導通孑)과, 상기 케이스내에 상기 도통공을 지향해 설치되어 압력을 검지하는 압력검지부를 보유하는 압력센서부를 구비하고, 상기 다이어프램과 상기 압력검지부간에 압력전달액이 봉입된 압력센서에 있어서, 상기 압력센서부는, 상기 도통공을 지향해 상기 압력전달액을 상기 압력검지부로 인도하는 니플부를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력센서
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도통공에 상기 압력전딜액을 주입하기 위해 전달액주입구가상기 케이스에 형성되고, 또 이 전달액주입구에는 상기 압력전달액을 봉입하기위한 나사가 체결되어있는 것을 특징으로하는 압력센서.
