Claims (2)
- C1~C4일킬기로 이루어지는 알칸올액중에서 NH3및 파라포름알데히드의 반응에 의하여 이미노-디메탄올을 생성시킨후, 3차 염기의 존재하에, 사용한 알칸올의 비점이하, 바람직하기는 50˚C이하의 온도에서 트리알킬(또는 아릴) 포스파이트와 반응시키로, 뒤이어 별도로 C1~C4의 알킬기로 이루어지는 알칸올에 용해시킨 모노클로로아세트산과 50˚C이하의 온도에서 교반 반응시킨후, 무기산으로 처리, 가열하여 탈알킬(또는 아릴)하고, 더욱 가성알킬리로 처리하여 백색결정의 N-포스포노메틸글리신을 얻은 것을 특징으로 하는 N-포수포노메틸글리신의 합성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, C1~C4알킬기로 인른어지는 알칸올이 메틸알코올, 에틸알코올, n-프로필알코올, iso 프로필알코올, n-부틸알코올, iso-부틸알코올, tert-부틸알코올이고, 트리알킬(또는 아릴) 포스파이트의 알킬이 C1~C4의 알킬이고 아릴이 페닐이고, 3차 염기가 C2~C3의 알킬기로 이루어지는 트리알킬아민, 특히 트리-에틸아민, 트리-n-프로필아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
