Abstract
본 발명은 요오드 분자로 산화시킨 후 활성탄에 흡착시킴을 특징으로 하는, 요오드 함유 알칼리 금속 염화물 수용액의 정제 방법에 관한 것이다.
요오드를 흡착시키기 전에 활성탄을 함유하는 용액으로 활성탄을 산화시킴으로써, 용액의 요오드 함량은 0.05㎎/l로 감소될 수 있다.
본 발명은 특히 막을 함유하는 셀에서 전기 분해되는 염화나트륨 염수를 정제하는데 특히 유용하다.

Claims (8)
- 요오드 분자로 산화시킨 후, 활성탄에 흡착시킴을 특징으로 하는, 요오드를 함유하는 알칼리 금속 염화물 수용액의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환성탄을 산화시킴을 특징으로 하는 정제방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 산화가 활성탄에 활성 염소를 함유하는 용액을 통과시킴으로써 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 정제 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성탄이 요오드용 용매와 접촉시킴으로서 재생됨을 특징으로 하는 정제 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡·착된 요오드가 탈착되는 요오드화물로 전환될 때가지 환원제와 접촉시킴으로서 환성탄이 재생됨을 특징으로 하는 정제 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 환원제가 산성의 PH에 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 요오드를 활성탄에 흡착시킴을 특징으로 하는, 요오드 분자 형태로 요오드를 함유하는 알칼리 금속 염화물 수용액의 정제 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속이 나트륨임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
