Claims (16)
- 장력이 걸린 섬유 속 배열물을 가열된 압출기 헤드의 아치형 표면과 활주 접촉시키면서 전진시키고, 상대점도가 50이상인 용융된 열가소성 중합체를 압출기 헤드의 아치형 표면에 있는 슬롯으로부터 장력이 걸린 필라멘트 배열물을 통하여 한쪽 면으로부터 다른쪽 면으로 압력하에 유동 상태에서 이동시키고(이때, 슬롯은 필라멘트 배열물의 한쪽 면을 횡단한다). 유동을 이용하여 필라멘트 배열물의 다른쪽 면으로부터 공기를 방출시키고, 필라멘트 배열물의 다른쪽 면 위에 중합체 불록부를 형성시킴을 특징으로 하여, 섬유 강화열가소성 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 볼록부를 배열물의 다른쪽 면을 따라 균일하게 전개시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 필라멘트 배열물이 압출기 헤드와 접촉하기 전에 이의 융점 이하의 온도로 예열되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물질을 가열하면서 트위스트시켜 물질의 단면을 변형시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 합성 섬유속 배열물이 배열물중의 필라멘트 배열물의 거의 모든 측면을 피복하는 열가소성 중합체와 연속 필라멘트로 구성되어 복합체를 형성하며, 섬유속이 복합체의 50 내지 60용적%를 구성하고, 복합체 중의 필라멘트의 분포 균일성이 복합체 응고방향에서 섬유속간의 질량 평균 길이(L) : 이의 수직 방향에서 섬유속간의 질량 평균 길이의 비로 측정되며, 이때 이 비가 약 0.5 내지 약 1.0임을 특징으로 하는, 섬유 강화 열가소성 물질.
- 합성 섬유속 배열물이 배열물중의 필라멘트의 거의 모든 측면을 피복하는 열가소성 중합체와 연속 필라멘트로 구성되어 복합체를 형성하며, 섬유속이 복합체의 50 내지 75용적%를 구성하며, 복합체 중의 필라멘트의 분포 균일성이 복합체 응고방향에서 섬유속간의 질량 평균 길이(L): 이의 수직 방향에서 섬유속간의 질량 평균 길이의 비로 측정되며, 이때 이 비가 약 0.5 내지 약 1.0이고, 양 방향에서 (L) 값이 표 I에 나타낸 값보다 작음을 특징으로 하는, 섬유 강화 열가소성 물질.
- 제5항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체의 상대점도가 50이상인 물질.
- 제5항에 있어서, 합성 필라멘트가 카본이고, 열가소성 중합체가 도데칸디오산과 비스(파라-아미노사이클로헥실) 메탄으로부터의 폴리카본아미드인 물질.
- 제5항에 있어서, 복합물질의 단면이 타원형인 물질.
- 제5항에 있어서, 복합물질의 단면이 장방향인 물질.
- 제5항에 있어서, 복합물질의 단면이 원형인 물질.
- 제6항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체의 상대점도가 50이상인 물질.
- 제6항에 있어서, 합성 필라멘트가 카본이고, 열가소성 중합체가 도데칸디오산과 비스(파라-아미노사이클로헥실)메탄으로부터의 폴리카본아미드인 물질.
