Description
Claims (11)
- 인장된 섬유집속 배열을 가열 압출헤드의 아아치형 표면과 미끄럼 접촉되게 전진시키고; 50이상의 상대점도를 갖는 용융된 열가소성 중합체를 압출헤드의 아아치형 표면중의 슬롯으로부터 상기 인장된 필라멘트 배열을 통하여 한축면에서 다른 측면까지 압력류로 이동시키고, 이때 상기 슬롯은 상기 필라멘트배열의 한 측면에 횡단하며; 상기류를 사용하여 상기 필라멘트 배열의 다른 측면으로부터 공기를 방출시킨 다음, 상기 필라멘트 배열의 상기 다른 측면상에 중합체 볼록부를 형성시킴을 특징으로하는 섬유강화열가소성 물질의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 블록부가 상기 배열의 다른 측면을 따라 균일하게 도포되는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 필라멘트 배열이 상기 압출헤드를 접촉하기전에 그의 융점이하의 온도로 예비가열되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물질을 가열도중에 트위스트를 주어 상기 물질의 단면을 변형시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 합성섬유 집속 배열이 배열중의 필라멘트의 거의 모든 측면을피복하는 열가소성 중합체와 연속필라 멘트로 구성되어 복합물을 형성하며, 상기 섬유집속은 50내지 60용량%의 상기 복합물을 포함하며, 상기 복합물중의 상기 필라멘트의 분포균일성은 복합응고 방향에서 섬유집속간의 질량평균길이(L):그의 수직방향에서 섬유집속간의 질량평균길이의 비로측정하며, 이때 상기 비는 약 0.5 내지 1.0인 것을 특징으로하는 섬유강화 열가소성 물질.
- 합성섬유 집속 배열이 배열중의 릴라멘트의 거의 모든 측면을 피복하는 열가소성 중합체와 연속필라멘트로 구성되어 복합물을 형서하며, 상기 섬유집속은 50 내지 75용량%의 상기 복합물을 포함하며, 상기 복합물중의 상기 필라멘트의 분포균일성은 복합응고 방향에서 섬유집속간의 질량평균길이(L):그의 수직방향에 섬유집속간의 질량 평균길이의 비로측정하며, 이때 상기비는 약 0.5 내지 약 1.0이고, 어느 방향에서나(L)의 값은 표1에 나타낸 값보다 작은 것을 특징으로하는 섬유강화 열가소성물질.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체가 50이상의 상대점도를 갖는 물질.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 상기 합성필라멘트가 카본이고, 상기 열가소성 중합체가 도데칸디오산과 비스(파라-아미노시클로헥실) 매탄으로부터의 폴리카본 아미드인 물질.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 상기 복합물질이 타원형 단면을 갖는 물질.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 상기 복합물질이 장방형 단면을 갖는 물질.
