Abstract

본 발명은 유압제어장치에 관한 것으로 유체작동장비를 제어하거나 이 유체작동장비의 유압을 증가 또는 감소시키는 제어챔버 및 가압원에 각각 연결된 공급덕트위에 제공된 도입 밸브와 유체작동장비 또는 제어챔버로 부터 가압유체를 배출시키는 배출덕트위에 제공된 배출밸브를 포함한다.
도입밸브 및 또는 배출밸브는 공급덕트 또는 배출덕트위에 직렬로 위치하고 있다.
다수의 도입 밸브 및/또는 배출밸브중 하나이상은 전류의 세기에 따라 가압유체의 유량을 연속적으로 변화시키는 유량가변밸브를 구성하고, 나머지 도입밸브 및/또는 배출밸브는 완전 개 또는 폐된 전자가변밸브를 구성한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 유체 작동장비의 유압을 제어하는 제어챔버와 가압원에 인결된 공급덕트위에 제공된 도입밸브와, 유체작동장비 및 제어챔버로 부터 가압유체를 배출시키는 배출덕트위에 제공된 배출밸브를 포함하며, 도입밸브는 유체작동장비 및 제어챔버의 압력을 증가시키도록 개방되어 있으며, 배출밸브는 유체작동장비 및 제어챔버의 압력을 감소시키도록 개방되어 있고, 도입밸브 및 배출밸브는 공급덕트 및 배출덕트위에 직렬로 배열되어 있으며, 하나이상의 다수의 도입밸브 및 배출밸브는 전류의 세기에 따라 가압유체의 유량을 연속적으로 변경할 수 있는 유량가변밸브를 구성하고, 다른 도입밸브 및 배출밸브는 완전히 개방 또는 폐쇄된 전자가변밸브를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다수의 유체작동 장비 및 다수의 제어챔버가 제공되고, 이 배출덕트에는 유체작동장비 및 제어챔버 각각을 서로 연결하는 다수의 제1배출덕트와 제1배출덕트가 합류하는 제2배출덕트가 마련되어 있으며, 유량가변밸브를 구성하는 배출밸브가 각각의 제1배출덕트위에 위치해 있고, 전자가변밸브를 구성하는 배출밸브가 재2배출덕트에 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 다수의 유체 작동장비 및 다수의 제어챔버가 마련되어 있으며, 공급덕트에는 가압원과 연결된 제1공급덕트와 제1공급덕트에서 분지되고, 유체작동장비 및 제어챔버와 연결된 제2공급덕트가 마련되어 있으며, 전자 가변밸브를 구성하는 도입 밸브가 제1공급덕트에 위치하고 있으며, 유량 가변 밸브를 구성하는 도입밸브가 각각의 분지된 제2공급덕트에 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어장치.
  4. 제어챔버로 부터 가압유체를 배출시키는 배출덕트와, 이 배출덕트를 개폐시키는 배출밸브를 포함하며, 이 제어챔버의 압력은 감소하고, 장치의 출력은 이 배출밸브를 개방하므로서 직간접으로 감소하며, 다수의 배출밸브가 배출덕트위에 직렬로 제공되어 있으며, 이 배출밸브중 하나가 전류의 세기에 따라 가압유체의 유량을 연속적으로 변경 가능한 유량 가변밸브를 구성하며, 나머지 배출밸브는 완전히 개폐된 전자 가변밸브를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장비에 설치된 유압제어장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 다수의 제어챔버가 제공되어 있으며, 서로 합류하는 다수의 배출덕트가 각각의 제어챔버와 연결되어 있으며, 유량가변밸브를 포함하는 배출밸브가 각각의 제어챔버와 합류점 사이에 위치하고 있으며, 전진 가변밸브가 합류점 하류에 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어장치.
