Claims (10)

- 제1항에 있어서, R은 할로겐원자, 니트로, 시아노, 히드록실, C1-4알킬, C1-4할로알킬, C1-4알콕시, C1-4할로알콕시, 아미노, C1-4알킬아미노, 디-C1-4알킬아미노, 포르밀, C1-4알콕시카르보닐, 카르복실 및 페닐기로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 치환체로 임의로 치환된 나프틸기 또는 페닐기를 나타내는 화합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1은 C1-12알킬, C2-12알케닐, C2-12알키닐, C3-8시클로알킬, 나프틸, 페닐, 피리딜 또는 티아졸릴기를 나타내고, 각각의 기는 할로겐 원자, 니트로, 시아노, 히드록실, C1-4알킬, C1-4할로알킬, C1-4알콕시, C1-4할로알콕시, 아미노, C1-4알킬아미노, 디-C1-4알킬아미노, 포르밀, C1-4알콕시카르보닐, 카르복실, 페닐, 할로페닐 및 페녹시기로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 치환체로 임의로 화합물.
- 제1-3항중 암의의 한항에 있어서, R은 나프틸, 페닐, 플루오르페닐, 클로로페닐, 브로모페닐, 니트로페닐, 메틸페닐, 메톡시페닐, 아미노페닐 또는 비페닐릴기를 나타내고, R1은 에틸, 프로필, 부틸, 펜틸, 헥실, 헵틸, 옥틸, 페녹시에틸, 프로페닐, 부페닐, 펜테닐, 헥세닐, 페닐프로페닐, 프로피닐, 부티닐, 펜티닐, 헥시닐, 시클로헥실, 히드록시시클로헥실, 나프틸, 페닐, 플루오로페닐, 클로로페닐, 티클로로페닐, 브로모페닐, 니트로페닐, 시아노페닐, 메틸페닐, 부틸페닐, 트리플루오로메틸페닐, 메톡시페닐, 메톡시카르보닐페닐, 비페닐릴, 피리딜 또는 클로로페닐-티아졸릴기를 나타낸고, R2는 수소 원자 또는 메틸 또는 페닐기를 나타내고 R3는 수소원자를 나타내는 화합물.
- 일반식(이때 R은 상기 항들중 임의의 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같다)의 화합물을, 일반식X-(CR1R2)m-R1(Ⅲ)(이때 m, R1, R2,및 R3는 상기 항들중 임의의 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같고 X는 이탈기를 나타낸다)의 화합물과 반응시키고, 원하면, 이렇게 얻은 일반식 Ⅰ화합물을 적당한 산과 반응시켜 그의 산부가염을 형성함으로 구성되는, 제1항 내지 제4항중 임의의 한 항에서 정의한 일반 Ⅰ화합물 또는 그의 산부가염의 제조방법.
- 부형체 및, 활성성분으로서, 제1항 내지 제4항중 임의의 한 항에서 정의된 일반 Ⅰ 화합물 또는 그의 산부가염으로 구성되는 살균조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 적어도 2가지의 부형제를 포함하며, 그중 적어도 하나의 계면활성제인 조성물.
- 한 장소를 제1항 내지 제4항중 임의의 한 항에서 정의된 일반식 Ⅰ 화합물, 또는 그의 산부가염으로, 또는 제6항 또는 제7항에서 정의된 조성물로 처리함으로 구성되는 , 한 장소에서 진균을 방제하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 장소는 진균 공격을 받기 쉽거나 받은 식물, 상기 식물의 종자 또는 식물이 성장하고 있거나 성장할 매질을 포함하는 방법.
- 살균제로서 제1항 내지 제4항중 임의의 한 항에서 정의된 일반식 Ⅰ화합물 또는 그의 산부가염 또는 제6항 또는 제 7항에서 정의된 조성물의 사용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
