Abstract

본 발명은 a) 평균 이소시아네이트 작용가가 1.8 내지 4.2이고, b) (사이클로)지방족 결합된 이소시아네이트 그룹(NCO로서 계산된 분자량: 42)을 12.0 내지 21.5중량% 함유하고, c) 폴리에테르 쇄(여기서, 폴리에테르 쇄는 평균 5.0 내지 9.9개의 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위를 함유한다)내에 배열된 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위(C2H4O로서 계산된 분자량:44)를 2 내지 20중량% 함유하는 수분산성 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물에 관한 것이다.
또한, 본 발명은 모든 이소시아네이트 그룹이 (사이클로)지방족으로 결합되어 있는 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트를 함유하며 평균 이소시아네이트 작용가가 2.1 내지 4.4이고 폴리이소시아네이트 성분(A)를 평균 5.0 내지 9.9개의 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위를 함유하는 1가 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 폴리에테르 알콜(B)와 NCO/OH 당량비 4:1 내지 120:1로 반응시킴으로써 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
최종적으로, 본 발명은 또한 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 환혼물 및 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹을 갖는 수성수지를 함유하는 수성 2성분 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. a) 평균 이소시아네이트 작용가가 1.8 내지 4.2이고, b) (사이클로)지방족 결합된 이소시아네이트 그룹 (NCO로서 계산된 분자량:42)을 12.0 내지 21.5중량% 함유하고, c) 폴리에테르 쇄(여기서, 폴리에테르 쇄는 평균 5.0 내지 9.9개의 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위를 함유한다)내에 배열된 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위(C2H4O로서 계산된 분자량:44)를 2 내지 20중량% 함유하는 수분산성 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물.
  2. 모든 이소시아네이트 그룹이 (사이클로) 지방족으로 결합되어 있는 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트를 함유함 평균 이소시아네이트 작용가가 2.1 내지 4.4 인 폴리 이소시아네이트 성분(A)를 평균 5.0 내지 9.9개의 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위를 함유하는 1가 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 폴리에테르 알콜(B) NCO/OH 당량비 4:1 내지 120:1로 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, a) 평균 이소시아네이트 작용가가 1.8 내지 4.2이고 b) (사이클로) 지방족 결합된 이소시아네이트 그룹(NCO로서 계산된 분자량: 42)을 12.0 내지 21.5중량% 함유하고 c) 폴리에테트쇄(여기서, 폴리에테르 쇄는 평균 5.0 내지 9.9개의 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위를 함유한다)내에 배열된 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위(C2H4O로서 계산된 분자량: 44)를 2 내지 20중량% 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 성분(A)가, 이소시아네이트 함량이 19 내지 24중량%이고 이소시아누레이트 그룹 및 임의로 우레트디온 그룹을 함유하며 1,6-디이소시아네이토헥산으로부터 제조된 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 알콜이 평균 6.0 내지 8.0개의 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위를 함유하는 방법.
  5. I) a) 평균 이소시아네이트 작용가가 1.8 내지 4.2이고, b) (사이클로) 지방족 결합된 이소시아네이트 그룹(NCO로서 계산된 분자량: 42)를 12.0 내지 21.5중량% 함유하고, c) 폴리에테르 쇄(여기서, 폴리에테르쇄는 평균 5.0 내지 9.9개의 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위를 함유한다)내에 배열된 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위를 함유한다)내에 배열된 에틸렌 옥사이드 단위(C2H4O로서 계산된 분자량: 44)를 2내지 20중량% 함유하는 수분산성 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물 및 II) 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹을 함유하는 수용성 또는 수분산성 수성 수지를 포함하는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹이 알콜성 하이드록실 그룹을 포함하는 조성물.
