식용 해조류의 탈색 및 이를 이용한 쿠키의 제조방법

Claims (2)

  1. 다시마, 미역, 파래같은 식용해조류를 수중에서 90∼95℃로 가열하여 수용성 다당류를 제거하고, 이를 초산 3∼6% v/v수용액중에서 공기를 주입하면서 유효 염소가 0.3∼0.45%v/v가 되도록 차아염소산의 알카리금속염을 첨가하여 탈색시킨 후 5%w/v의 식염 수용액에 침지후 수세하여 70℃이하에서 건조 분말화하는 식용해조류의 탈색방법.
  2. 통상의 방법으로 쿠키를 제조함에 있어서, 제1항의 방법으로 제조한 탈색 식용해조류 분말을 쿠키원료에 대하여 1~2중량% 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 탈색식용 해조류를 이용한 쿠키 제조방법.
