본 발명은 벽돌 적재장치에 관한 것으로, 특히, 벽돌 적재시 작업자의 수공을 필요로 하지 않는 자동화된 벽돌 적재 장치로서, 벽돌 적재시 견고함을 갖도록 벽돌의 방향을 적절히 배열할 수 있는 유도과정을 보유한 벽돌 적재 장치에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성은 세워진 상태에서 이송되어 오는 벽돌을 적재시 안정감을 갖게 하기 위하여 넘어뜨려 공급하는 공급수단과, 벽돌이 적재시 적재층간에서 벽돌들이 서로 교차하여 적재되게 하기 위하여 선택적으로 벽돌의 방향을 90°회전시켜주는 방향전환수단과, 이상과 같이 넘어지고, 방향전환된 벽돌을 적절한 적재상태로 이송시키는 제1 및 제2이송수단과, 제2이송수단에 의해 적재상태의 위치로 공급받은 벽돌을 상승시켜주는 승강수단과, 승강수단에 의해 승강되어 적절한 위치에서 승강판을 적재부로 이동시키는 투입수단과, 투입된 벽돌을 클램핑수단에 의해 클램핑하에 투입수단 복귀시 벽돌을 잡고 있다가 투입수단 복귀 완료후 클램핑을 해제하여 벽돌이 적재하게되는 적재부와, 적재부 일측에 벽돌을 쌓게 되는 팔레트를 다층 보관하여 두는 팔레트 대기부를 제공하고 적재완료된 팔레트가 적재부로부터 반출될 때 새로운 팔레트가 적재부로 투입되게 되는 것이다.The present invention relates to a brick stacking device, and in particular, an automated brick stacking device that does not require the manual labor of a worker when loading a brick, having an induction process capable of properly arranging the direction of the brick to have a robustness when loading the brick.
