Abstract

본 발명에 의하면 기록매체상에 기록하기 위한 기록기구 및 상기 기록매체를 공급하기 위한 공급기구를 제어하는 제어부를 가진 제1하우징과, 상기 기록기구를 부착하기 위한 부착부 및 상기 공급기구를 지니고, 기록시 상기 제1하우징에 이동가능하게 접속되어 있는 제2하우징과, 기록장치의 비사용시에는 조작할 필요가 없는 동시에 상기 제2하우징에 의해 덮여 있고, 기록시에는 상기 제2하우징의 회전에 의해 개방되는 조작부로 구성됨으로써, 비사용시에는 휴대나 수납에 편리한 박형으로 되고, 사용시에는 기록매체의 반송에 적합한 형태로 되어, 비사용시에 불필요한 상기 조작부를 보호하는 것이 가능한 기록장치가 제공된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 의한 기록장치의 구성을 개략적으로 도시한 종단면도,
제2도는 제1도에 도시한 기록헤드의 잉크배출부의 구조를 개략적으로 도시한 부분 사시도,
제3도는 제1도에 도시한 기록장치의 비사용시의 상태를 도시한 개략사시도.

Claims (17)

  1. 기록매체상에 기록을 행하는 기록장치에 있어서, 상기 기록매체상에 기록하기 위한 기록기구 및 상기 기록매체를 공급하기 위한 공급기구를 제어하는 제어부를 가진 제1하우징과, 상기 기록기구를 부착하기 위한 부착부 및 상기 공급기구를 지니고, 기록시 상대이동 가능하도록 상기 제1하우징에 접속되어 있는 제2하우징과, 상기 제1하우징에 설치되어, 기록장치의 비사용시에는 조작할 필요가 없는 동시에 상기 제2하우징에 의해 덮여 있고, 기록시에는 상기 제2하우징의 상대운동에 의해 개방되는 조작부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조작부에는 인터페이스코넥터, 전원 코넥터 및 장치기능설정용의 딥스위치중 적어도 1개가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2하우징은 기록시 상기 제1하우징에 대해서 약 90°회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2하우징은 기록시 상기 제1하우징에 대해서 약 180°회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1하우징의 용지배출트레이 기능을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급기구는 상기 기록매체를 직선방향으로 반송하기 위한 제1반송로와 상기 기록매체를 U자형상으로 반송하기 위한 제2반송로를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록장치의 측면에는 전원어댑터를 장착하기 위한 장착기구와 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2하우징에는, 기록시 상기 제2하우징 아래에 전원기구를 장착하기 위한 장착기구와 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 전원어댑터는 상기 제1하우징과 제2하우징간의 전기적인 접속을 위한 접속기구를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록기구는 잉크를 배출해서 상기 기록매체상에 기록하기 위한 잉크제트 기록헤드를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록기구는 기록신호에 응해서 전기열변환기를 통전시켜, 상기 전기열변환기에 의해 발생된 열에너지에 의해 잉크에 생기는 막비등을 이용해서 잉크를 배출함으로써 기록을 행하는 잉크제트 기록헤드를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 잉크제트기록헤드는 기록시 사용하기 위한 잉크를 내포하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  13. 잉크를 배출함으로써 기록매체상에 기록을 행하는 잉크제트기록장치에 있어서, 잉크제트기록기구 및 상기 기록매체를 직선방향으로 반송하기 위한 제1반송로와, 상기 기록매체를 U자형상으로 반송하기 위한 제2반송로를 지닌 공급기구를 제어하기 위한 제어부를 갖춘 제1하우징과, 상기 잉크제트기록기구를 부착하기 위한 부착부 및 상기 공급기구를 지니고, 그의 뒤쪽에 설치된 힌지를 중심으로 상기 제1하우징에 회전가능하게 접속되는 동시에, 기록시 상기 제1하우징에 대해서 약 90°회전되는 제2하우징과, 상기 제1하우징의 뒤쪽에 설치되어, 기록장치의 비사용시에는 w작할 필요가 없는 동시에 상기 제2하우징에 의해 덮여있고, 기록시에는 상기 제2하우징의 회전에 의해서 개방되는 조작부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 조작부에는 인터페이스코넥터, 전원코넥터 및 장치기능설정용의 딥스위치중 적어도 1개가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제1하우징이 기록시 상기 기록매체에 대한 용지배출트레이 기능을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 잉크제트 기록헤드는 기록신호에 응해서 전기열변환기를 통전시켜, 상기 전기열변환기에 의해 발생된 열에너지에 의해 잉크에 생기는 막비등을 이용해서 잉크를 배출함으로써 기록을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 잉크제트기록헤드는 기록시 사용하기 위한 잉크를 내포하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트기록장치.
