Claims (13)
- a) 페놀-포름알데히드 레졸 수지, 우레아, 및 암모니아를 함유하며, 암모니아 대 전체 수지 및 변성된 레졸수지의 고체 우레아의 중량비가 약 1.0:100 내지 3.0:100인 수성 혼합물을 제조하고, b) 우레아 및 레졸수지의 혼합 후, 바람직하게는 적어도 약 2시간 30분 동안 방치시킴으로써 우레아를 페놀-포름알데히드 레졸 수지와 반응시키며, c) 후속적으로, 우레아-변성 레졸 수지를 경화시키는 촉매를 첨가함으로써 결합체의 제조를 완료시킴을 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 페놀성 결합제의 제조방법.
- a) 1) 포름알데히드 및 페놀을 포함하는 초기 수성 혼합물을 제조하고; 2) 염기성 중합촉매를 첨가하면서 수성 혼합물을 약 40℃ 내지 50℃의 제1온도로 유지시키고; 3) 수성 혼합물의 온도를 약 60℃ 내지 80℃의 제2온도로 상승시키고; 4) 페놀과 포름알데히드의 반응도중 수성 혼합물을 제2온도로 유지시켜 수성 혼합물의 유리 포름알데히드의 함량이 소정의 농도로 감소할 때까지 수용성 페놀-포름알데히드 레졸 수지를 형성시키고, 5) 수성 혼합물을 20℃ 내지 30℃의 제3온도로 냉각시키고; 6) 수성 혼합물을 중화시킴으로써 수용성 페놀-포름알데히드 레졸수지를 제조하며, b) 페놀-포름알데히드 레졸 수지, 우레아 및 암모니아를 함유하는 수성 반응 혼합물을 제조하고; c) 변성된 수지를 형성하기 위해 우레아 및 페놀-포름알데히드 레졸수지릍 혼합한 후, 바람직하게는 적어도 약 30분 동안 방지시킴으로써 우레아를 상기 레졸 수지와 반응시키며; d) 후속적으로 변성된 레졸 수지를 경화시키는 촉매를 첨가함으로써 결합제의 제조를 완료시킴을 포함하는, 유리 섬유용 페놀성 결합제의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 페놀-포름알데히드 수지가 약 2.5:1 내지 4.2:1의 포름알데히드 대 페놀 몰비를 갖는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 페놀-포름알데히드 수지가 약 3.2:1 내지 4.0:1의 포름알데히드 대 페놀 비릍 갖는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소정의 농도가 초기 수성 혼합물중의 유리 포름알데히드의 약 40중량%인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 암모니아를, 암모니아 대 비변성된 수지고체의 중량비가 약 1.0:100 내지 3.0:100이 되기에 충분한 양으로 첨가시키는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비변성된 레졸 수지를 포함하는 수성 혼합물을 약 7.2 내지 7.6의 PH로 중화시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 우레아 대 페놀-포름알데히드 수지의 유리 포름알데히드의 몰비가 약 1:1 내지 1.75:1인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수성 혼합물을 레졸 수지, 우레아 및 암모니아가 완전 혼합되기에 적어도 충분한 시간 동안 교반하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 암모니아 존재하에 우레와 레졸 수지를 반응시키면서 상기 수성혼합물을 약 5℃ 내지 30℃의 온도로 유지시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결합제의 제조가 완결되는 동안, 광물유 윤활제 및 오가노-실란 점착 증진제를 상기 수성 혼합물에 첨가하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조한 결합제.
