Claims (1)
- 이온전류기록기(6)와 전원공급기(7) 및 방출전류제어기(8)로 구성되는 이온 진공계(10)에 진공구(2)를 결합하여 진공도를 측정하는 진공도 측정장치에 있어서, 진공구(2)의 필라멘트(5)는 진공계의 방출전류제어기(8)에 연결되고, 그리드(4)는 외부전원(12) 및 진공계의 전원공급기(7)에 동시에 연결되며, 외부전원에 연결됨과 동시에 X-Y기록계(14)에 병렬 연결된 저항(R)과 진공계의 이온전류 기록기(6)는 이들을 선택하기 위한 스위치단자 (a), (b)에 연결되고, 이 스위치(SW)의 선택단자 (c)는 진공구의 콜렉터(3)에 연결하여 저진공도를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저진공도 측정 장치.
