제2도는 제1도에 있어서, 안쪽부재와 유지기가 상대적으로 축방향으로 변위한 상태의 등속자재한 조인트의 주요부 확대 종단측면도,
제3도는 이런 종류의 등속자재한 조인트의 일반적인 구성을 표시하는 전체의 개략적 측단면도.
Claims (1)
- 축선에 평행한 직선형상의 안내홈(1)을 설치한 원통형상 구멍(2)을 구비한 중공의 바깥쪽부재(3)와, 이 바깥쪽부재(3)의 전기한 홈(1)과 협력작동하여 보울트랙을 형성하는 축선에 평행한 직선형상의 안내홈(4)을 보유하고, 또한 부분적으로 구면형상으로된 외표면(5)을 구비하는 안쪽부재(6)와, 전기한 각 홈에 배치된 토오크전달보올(7)과, 상기한 각 보올을 수용하는 보울포켓(8)을 구비하고, 또한 전기한 바깥쪽부재(3)의 원통형상의 구멍(2)에 접촉안내되는 부분적으로 구면상인 외표면 및 이 외표면의 구면중심에서 축방향으로 어긋난 위치에서 전기한 안쪽부재(6)의 부분적 구면형상의 외표면(5)에 접촉안내되는 내표면(9)을 구비한 유지기(11)로서 되는 등속자재 조인트에 있어서, 유지기의 보울포켓(8)과 토오크전달보울(7)사이에 포켓간극(g)을 보유하고, 유지기(11)의 내표면은 그의 중앙부에 안쪽부재의 외표면과 접촉하는 축선에 평행한 원통면을 보유함과 아울러, 이 원통면의 양쪽 내표면은 유지기와 안쪽부재가 축방향으로 소정거리 상대이동 가능한 축방향의 간극을 보유하고, 또한 안쪽부재와 유지기가 축방향으로 상대이동했을때 유지기와 안쪽부재가 앵귤러콘택트되는 형상으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 등속자재조인트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
