Claims (10)
- 흡착노즐에 소형부품이 흡착되어 있을때에는, 흡착노즐의 바깥둘레에 착설된 제1의 간접조명체로부터의 산란광을 부품에 조사하고, 흡착노즐에 대형부품이 흡착되어 있을때에는, 부품인식시에 상기 제1의 간접조명체와 흡착노즐의 흡착단부와의 사이에 위치하도록 부품인식위치에 배치된, 흡착노즐의 주변을 포위하는 제2의 간접조명체로부터의 산란광을 부품에 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품인식용 조명방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 간접조명체 및 제2의 간접조명체에 대해서, 부품인식위치에 배치된 조명구로부터 조명광을 투사하는 부품인식용 조명방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 간접조명체에 대해서는 부품인식위치에 배치된 조명구로부터 조명광을 투사하고, 제2의 간접조명체는 자체의 광원으로 조명하고, 제1의 간접조명체와 제2의 간접조명체의 조도가 일치하도록 조명구 및 광원의 조도를 조절하는 부품인식용 조명방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대형부품의 인식시에, 제2의 간접조명체가 직경방향으로 개폐하여 대형부품을 통과시키는 부품인식용 조명방법.
- 부품을 흡착하는 흡착노즐의 바깥둘레에 제1의 간접조명체를 착설하고, 부품인식위치에, 상기 제1의 간접조명체를 향해서 조명광을 투사하는 조명구와 흡착노즐을 포위하는 제1의 간접조명체를 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 부품인식용 조명장치.
- 제5항에 있어서. 제1의 간접조명체는, 반투명체로 이루어져 있는 부품인식용 조명장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 제1의 간접조명체는, 외부면이 원추형상인 부품인식용 조명장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제2의 간접조명체가 직경방향으로 분할되며, 또한 이 제2의 간접조명체를 직경방향으로 이동시키는 개폐장치가 착설되어 있는 부품인식용 조명장치.
- 제5항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 제2의 간접조명체는, 반투명판으로 이루어지는 부품인식용 조명장치.
- 제5항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 제2의 간접조명체는, 단면형상이 대략 쐐기형의 판형상의 투명체와 그 경사배면에 형성된 난반사면과 판두께가 두꺼운 일단부에 배치된 광원으로 이루어진 부품인식용 조명장치.
