제1도는 벨트에 의한 전동장치상의 모터 및 여러가지 풀리와 역전롤러의 배열을 도시한 평면도, 제2도는 탄성링과 제2역전롤러의 공동축에 의한 인장롤러의 단면도, 제3도는 인장우력의 적절한 값을 보장하는 차단나사의 위치를 명백히 하기 위하여 2가지 변형에 의하여 제2도를 보완하는 도면.
Claims (2)
- 기계적 점착력에 의하여 작동하고, 구동풀리(1)를 적어도 2개 이상의 수용풀리(3,4)에 연결시키고, 평행축을 가지며, 회전탄성우력을 발생시키는 탄성링 둘레를 그 단순변경에 의하여 선회하는 인장룰러(5)의 지지암의 회전탄성우력에 의하여 동작되는 연질밴드에 의한 전도용 탄성인장 장치에 있어서, 동일한 선회축(7)이 상기 탄성링을 경유하여 수용 풀리의 축에 고정된 제2역전롤러(8)에 대한 베어링으로 이용되고, 이에 의하여 전도용 연질밴드가 각 수용밴드(3,4)상에 180도 이상의 감기각도를 제공함으로써 동일한 힘을 전달할 때 상당히 적은 장력을 허용할 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성인장장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전동장치를 조립한 후 분리시키는 나사(19,19')에 의하여 인장롤러(5)를 지지하는 암의 탄성회전 우력을 차단함으로써 공장에서 예비조정을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성인장장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
