Claims (10)
- (a) 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 디페닐메탄 계열의 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물로 이루어진 폴리이소시아네이트 성분; (b) (평균)분자량이 약 1,800 내지 약 18,000이고, 2.5이상의 (평균)하이드록실 작용가를 가지며, 하나 이상의 폴리에테르 폴리올 또는 폴리에스테르 폴리올로 이루어지고, 임의로 분산된 유기 충진제를 포함하는 폴리올 성분 ; 및 (c) 하나 이상의 알킬 치환체를 방향족 환의 아미노 그룹에 대해 오르토 위치에서 갖는 방향족 디아민을, 성분(a) 및 (b)의 양비가 4 : 1이상의 NCO/OH 단량비에 상응하고, 디아민(c)를 성분(a), (b) 및 (c)를 기본으로 하는 이소시아네이트 지수가 70 내지 130이 되도록 하는 양으로 사용하여 반응시킴(여기에서, 성분(b) 90%이상이 성분(a)총량과 반응하여 이소시아네이트 세미프리폴리머(semiprepolymer)를 형성하고, 이 이소시아네이트 세미프리폴리머는 그후 디아민(c), 또는 디아민(c)와 성분(b) 10중레탄 그룹-함유 폴리우레아 탄성 중합체의 탄성, 임의로 기포성인 성형물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가로(d) 보조제 또는 첨가제를 함유하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보조제 또는 첨가제가 이소시아네이트 세미프리폴리머 및 디아민(c)중 하나 또는 둘다에 포함되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 성분 a가 화학적 개질에 의해 액화되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분 b가 분산된 무기 충진제를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분 b 총량이 폴리이소시아네이트 성분(a)와 반응하여 이소시아네이트 세미플리폴리머를 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분(b)가 (평균) 분자량이 2,000 내지 14,000이고, 3의 (평균) 하이드록실 작용가를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(c)가 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,4-디아미노벤젠, 또는 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,4-디아미노벤젠과 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,6-디아미노 벤젠의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a) 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 디페닐메탄계열의 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물로 이루어진 폴리이소시아네이트 성분 : (b) (평균)분자량이 2,000 내지 14,000이고, 3의 (평균)하이드록실 작용가를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올 : (c) 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,4-디아미노벤젠, 또는 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,4-디아미노벤젠과 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,6-디아미노벤젠의 혼합물 : 및 (d) 보조제 또는 첨가제를, 성분(a) 및 (b)의 양비가 4:1이상의 NCO/OH당량비에 상응하고, 디아민(c)를 성분(a),(b) 및 (c)를 기본으로 하는 이소시아네이트 지수가 70 내지 130이 되도록 하는 양으로 사용하여 반응시킴(여기에서, 성분(b) 90% 이상이 성분(a)총량과 반응하여 이소시아네이트 세미프리폴리머를 형성하고, 이소시아네이트 세미프리 폴리머는 그후 디아민(c), 또는 디아민(c)와 성분(b) 10중량% 이하의 혼합물과 반응 사출 성형에 의해서 반응하며, 보조제 및 첨가제가 이소시아네이트 세미프리폴리머 및 디아민(c)중 하나 또는 둘다에 포함된다)을 특징으로 하여, 콤팩트 표면을 갖는 우레탄 그룹-함유 폴리우레아 탄성 중합체의 탄성, 임의로 기포성인 성형물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴링올 성분(b) 총량이 폴리이소시아네이트 성분(a)와 반응하여 이소시아네이트 세미프리폴리머를 형성하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내요에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
