과산화 수소의 제조방법

제 1 도는 알루미나 지지체를 사용할때의 Pt/(Pt+Pd)에 대한 H2O2의 중량 퍼센트를 보여준다. 제 2 도는 탄소 지지체를 사용할때의 Pt/(Pt+Pd)에 대한 H2O2의 중량 퍼센트를 보여준다. 제 3 도는 실리카 지지체를 사용할 때의 Pt/(Pt+Pd)에 대한 H2O2중량%를 보여준다.

Claims (4)

  1. 백금 대(백금+팔라듐)의 중량비가 약 0.02 내지 약 0.2의 범위가 되는 양으로 백금과 팔라듐을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, H+및 Br-또는 CI-이온과 백금/팔라듐을 조합한 촉매의 존재하에, 반응 매체의 2중량% 이상으로 존재하는 유기 성분을 갖지 않는 수성 반응 매체 내에서 수소와 산소를 직접 조합하여 과산화 수소를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 백금/팔라듐을 조합한 촉매가 탄소, 실리카 및 알루미나로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 지지체상에 지지되는 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 촉매가 백금과 팔라듐을 포함하는 예비형성된 콜로이드를 지지체와 조합함으로써 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 촉매가 콜로이드 실리카 및 백금 및 팔라듐 염을 포함하는 혼합물을 분무 건조시킴으로써 제조되는 방법.
