Claims (11)

  1. a) 처리되어질 표면을 -적어도 하나의 저기포성 비이은 계면활성제, -적어도 하나의 단백질 분해효소, -적어도 하나의 착물형성체, -포름골알데히드와 탄소원자수 2~8의 지방족 디알데히드로 구성되는 군으로부터의 적어도 하나의 알데히드 및 -임의적인 기타 표준세제 및 포독제 성분들을 함유하고 pH 값이 6~8인 세제 및 소독제 용액과 접촉시키고, 세척용액을 55∼65℃로 가열하여 이 온도에 1~15분간 유지한 다음 배수시키고, b) 처리되어지는 표면을 물로 2번 헹구며, 물은 적어도 마지막 세척주기에서는 55∼65℃로 가열하고 a) 40∼60℃의 살균된 고온공기로 건조시키는 연속적 단계들로 되고, a) 및 b) 단계에서 경도 3∼8°Gh(German Hardness)의 물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수성세척 및 소독용액을 사용하는 열- 및 부식-민감성 의료기기, 특히 내시경의 세척 및 소독방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, a) 단계의 세척 및 소독제용액이 0.1-1.Og/1의 저기포성 계면활성제, 0.03∼0.3g/1의 단백질 분해효소, 0.02∼0.3g/1의 착물헝성제 및 0.5-5g/l의 알데히드(AU=Anson units)를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, a) 단계의 세제 및 소독제 용액이 저기포성 비이온 계면활성제로서, 3-30을의 에틸렌옥사이드 및/또는 프로필렌옥사이드를 2∼6 히드록실기와 2~12 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족 폴리올상에 및 각각 8~18 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방알코올, 지방산, 지방아민 또는 알킬페놀상에 부가하여 얻을 수 있는 유형의 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물(이들 폴리글리콜 에테르 유도체의 말단 히드록실기는 임의적으로 에테르화, 에스테르화 또는 아세탈화됨)을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, a) 단계의 세제 및 소독제 용액이 3~15몰의 에틸렌옥사이드와 포화 및 불포화 C8~18지방알코올의 부가물, 3~5몰의 에틸렌옥사이드 및 3∼6몰의 프로필렌옥사이드와 포화 및 불포화 C8~18지방알코올의 부가물 및 이들 지방알코올 폴리알킬렌 글리콜에테르의 에테르 유도체(이 중에서 말단 히드록실기는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 포화 지방족 C4~8알코올로 에테르화됨)로 구성되는 군으로부터의 저기포성 비이온 계면활성제를 함유함을 특정으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, a) 단계의 세제 및 소득제 용액이 저기포성 계면활성제로서 하기식에 해당되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜 테르를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.

    (상기 식에서, R1은 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 C8~18알킬 또는 알케닐라디칼이며, R2는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 C4∼8알킬라디칼이고 n은 7∼12의 수임)
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, a) 단계의 세제 및 소독제 용액이, R1이 탈로우지방알코올로부터 생성된 C12-18알킬 및/또는 알케닐라디칼의 혼합물이고 R2가 n-부틸라디칼인 한편 m-이 9∼10의 수인 제 5 항의 식 I 에 해당되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜에테르를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, a) 단계의 세제 및 소독제 웅액인 니트릴로트리아세트산, 에틸렌디아민테트라아세트산, 1-히드록시에탄-1,1-디포스폰산, 아미노트킥스-(메틸렌포스폰산), 에틸렌디아민테트라키스-(메틸렌포스폰산), 포스포노부탄트리카르복실산, 타르타르산, 시트르산 및 글루콘산의 알칼리염들로 구성되는 군으로부터의 착물형성제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, a) 단계의 세제 및 소독제 용액이 포스포노부탄트리카르복실산을 착물형성제로서 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, a) 단계의 세제 및 소독제 용액이 글루타르알데히드를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, a) 단계에서 내시경을 초음파 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제 1 항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리되어지는 내시경을 c) 단계에서 마이크로필터를 통과하므로써 소독된 고온공기로 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
