Claims (19)
- '비결정질, 결정질 또는 그들의 혼합상으로서 이루어진 초급냉 합금 매트릭스중에 제2상 입자 적어도 1종을 3차원적으로 균일분산 시켜서 이루어진 복합재료에 의해 자기회로의 적어도 일부를 구성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초급냉 합금 매트릭스가 코발트를 주성분으로 하는 코발트게 비결정질 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초급냉 합금 매트릭스가 니켈을 주성분으로 하는 니켈케 비결정질 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초급냉 합금 매트릭스가 철을 주성분으로 하는 철계 비결정질 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2상 입자가 탄화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2상 입자가 탄화 텅그스텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2상 입자가 탄소 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2상 입자가 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2상 입자가 탄화 크롬인 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2상 입자가 절화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2상 입자가 실리케이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2상 입자가 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초급냉 합금 매트릭스중에 균일분산된 제2상 입자 중 70%이상의 제2상 입자의 입경이 약0.1μm미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 재료가 박판부재로서 이루어지며, 이들 박판 부재가 소정 매수 적층된 적층제에 의해 코어부가 구성되어 있는특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 재료가 상기 초급냉 합금 매트릭스를 구성하는 합금모재를 상기 제2상 입자가용해 하지 않을 정도로 가열 용융하고, 이 합금모재가 응고 하기 전에 불활성 가스로서 이루어진 분사 매체와 함께 제2상 입자를 앙기 합금모재를 향해 분사 분산시키고, 그후 냉각하여 제2상 입자가 용해도지 않을 정도로 재 용융되어 초급냉 응고 시켜서 얻어진 복합재인 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 재료가 상기 초급냉 합금 매트릭스를 구성하는 합금모재를 상기 제2상 입자가용해 하지 않을 정도로 가열 용융하고, 이 합금모재가 응고 하기 전에 불활성 가스로서 이루어진 분사 매체와 함께 제2상 입자를 앙기 합금모재를 향해 분사 분산시키고, 그후 초급냉 응고 시켜서 얻어진 복합재인 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제2상 입자가 상기 초급냉 합금 매트릭스에 대하여 습유성이 나뿐 금속인것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 17항에 있어서, 상기 제2상 입자가 산화크롬인 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 상기 초급냉 합금 매트릭스중에 균일 분산된 제2상 입자중 약70%이상의 제2상 입자의 입력이 약0.1μm미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 VTR용 자기 헤드.
