제 1 도는 본 발명의 공정에서 사용된 장치의 바람직한 예를 도시한 유통도. 제 2 도는 2개의 진공 펌프가 제공된, 본 발명의 공정에서 사용된 장치의 다른 바람직한 예를 도시한 유통도. 제 3a도 내지 3e도는 제 1 도에서 도시한 장치를 사용한 본 발명 공정의 바람직한 태양을 도시한 유통도.
Claims (5)
- 탄소 분자체로 충진된 제 1 흡착 유니트와 제올라이트 분자체로 충진된 제 2 흡착 유니트를 직렬로 연결하고, 동일 조작사이클 시간 중에 각 유니트에서 별개로 PSA 조작을 수행하고, 제 1 흡착 유니트로 부터의 탈착 가스를 수용기 내에 축적시키고, 이어서 수득된 탈착 가스를 원료 가스로서 제 2 유니트에, 그리고 세척 가스로서 제 1 유니트에 도입시기는 것으로 이루어지는, PSA에 의하여 공기로부터 고 순도의 산소를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탈수제를 제 1 및 제 2 유니트의 각 흡착기의 가스 입구에 더 충진시켜 물을 흡착시키고, 이것으로 부터 진공 펌프에 의하여 감압하에 물을 탈착시키고, 진공 펌프의 출구에 제공된 냉동기-형 건조기를 사용하는 냉각에 의하여 응축시켜 물을 제거하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탄소 분자체로 충진된 제 1 흡착 유니트 2개의 흡착기로 구성되고, 흡착이 완료된 흡착기를 탈착이 완료된 흡착기에 그의 출구에서 연결하여 균압화를 수행하며, 제올라이트 분자체로 충진된 제 2 흡착 유니트가 2개의 흡착기로 구성되고, 흡착이 완료된 흡착기의 출구를 탈착이 완료된 흡착기의 입구에 연결하여 균압화를 수행함과 동시에, 산소 제품 가스의 일부를 탈착이 완료된 제 2 흡착 유니트의 흡착기로 복귀시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 시스템에 축진된 이산화 탄소를 사용된 진공펌프의 출구를 통하여 대기중에서 주기적으로 방출시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 산소 함량 70%이상의 제 1 흡착 유니트로 부터의 초기 탈착 가스를 제 2 흡착 유니트의 원료 가스로서 사용하고 제 1 흡착 유니트의 세척가스로서 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
