Claims (8)
- a) a1) 분자량 500 내지 8,000을 갖는 카르복실-함유 부타디엔/아크릴로니트릴 공중합체로 구성되고, 필요하다면 a2) 상기의 a1)과 다른것으로써 분자량 90 내지 1,000을 갖는 디카르복실산과의 혼합물로써, 적절하다면 a3) 분자량 140 내지 500을 갖는 모노카르복실산으로 구성되는 카르복실-함유 성분과b) 상기 a)의 카르복실기의 몰당 0.7 내지 5몰의 양으로 1차 디아민 및/또는 1차/2차 아민의 반응생성물(A)와 ; 하나 또는 그 이상의 분자당 평균 1.5 내지 3.0의 에폭사이드기를 함유하고 300 내지 6,000의 평균 분자량을 갖는 에폭시수지(B) : 및 지방족 또는 시클로지방족 2차아민(C)을 반응시켜 얻어지고, 산과 더불어 양성자화되어 물에 희석되는 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A,a1)은 공중합체분자내에 평균 1.5 내지 2.5카르복실기를 갖고, 공중합된 단위체로써 아크릴로니트릴 5 내지 45중량%를 함유하는 카르복실-함유 부타디엔/아크릴로 니트릴 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르복실-함유 부타디엔/아크릴로 니트릴 공중합체(A,a1)은 말단 카르복실기를 운반함을 특징으로 하는 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A,a2)로써 사용된 디카르복실산은 이합체화된 C12-C24-지방산(이합체지방산)임을 특징으로 하는 결합제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2차아민(C)는 C2내지 C18을 함유하고, 더욱더 작용기를 함유할 수 있는 디알킬아민임을 특징으로 하는 결합제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 2차아민(C)의 알킬사슬들은 케티민으로 전환되거나 또는 전환될 수 없는 1차아미노기를 운반함을 특징으로 하는 결합제.
- A) 유기용매의 존재하에 또는 부재하에a) a1) 분자량 500 내지 8,000을 갖는 카르복실-함유 부타디엔/아크릴로니트릴 공중합체로 구성되고, 필요하다면, a2) 상기의 a1)과 다른 것으로써 분자량 90 내지 1,000을 갖는 디카르복실산과의 혼합물로써, 적절하다면 a3) 분자량 140 내지 500을 갖는 모노카르복실산으로 구성되는 카르복실-함유 성분과 b) 상기 성분 a)의 카르복실기의 몰당 0.7 내지 5몰의 양으로 1차디아민 및/또는 1차/2차아민을 200℃ 이하에서 축합반응시키고, 이때 생성된 물은 증류제거하고, 이 축합물을 :B) 하나 또는 그 이상의 분자당 평균 1.5 내지 3.0의 에폭사이드기를 함유하고 300 내지 6,000의 평균분자량을 갖는 에폭시수지 및 :C) 지방족 또는 시클로 필요하다면, 지방족 2차아민과 40∼l80℃에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 결합제의 제조방법.
- 교차결합제가 다가의 블록된 이소시아네이트, 아미노플라스트 또는 페놀플라스트수지, 폴리아미노메틸화된 폴리페놀, 에스테르 아미노화반응 및/또는 트랜스에스테르화반응에 의해 경화된 교차결합제 또는 요소축합물임을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 피복물질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
