Claims (1)
- 기저벽, 용융글래스 토출용의 다수의 세공이 천설된 주벽부 및 주벽부 상단 안쪽에 위치하는 상부환상 프렌지를 갖는 중공 원통상의 회전체와, 이 회전체에서 토출된 글래스 소원추체의 선단에 형성된 1차 필라멘트를 2차 필라멘트로 세섬화하는 연신 버어너어의 노즐과를 갖춘 원심식 글래스 섬유 제조장치에 있어서, 상기 연신 버어너어의 노즐은 이 노즐에서 분사된 화염류중에서 상기 글래스 소원추체를 파괴치 않을 정도까지 속도가 감소된 외염부분만이 상기 중공원통상 회전체의 주벽부의 외표면 하부에 접촉하는 위치에 배설되어 있으며, 또한 상기 중공원통상 회전체의 상부환상 회전체 외상부환상 프렌지내측에는 가열 버어너어 가 부설되어 있고, 이 가열 버어너어는 화염의 분사방향이 상부환상 프렌지의 연장면에서 상부환상 프렌지의 면과 평행하는 방향으로 되어있으며, 그 가열도합은 화염이 상기 상부환상 프렌지의 상면 또는 상면 및 하면에 접촉 통과하여 열이 적어도 이 환상프렌지와 중공원통상 회전체의 주벽부와의 접속위치 까지 도달할 정도로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 글래스섬유의 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
