상기 액상 PUR(Poly Urethane hotmelt) 접착제(2)를 건조 후 권취하는 제 2단계와;
PUR(Poly Urethane hotmelt)접착제가 코팅된 PE폼(5)은 권취상태에서 풀어져서 그 상부에 코어용 돌가루 포함 PVC시트(8), 인쇄지(7), 투명 PVC(6)가 순서대로 적층되되, PUR(Poly Urethane hotmelt)접착제(2)는 상기 PE폼(5)과 코어용 돌가루 포함 PVC시트(8) 사이에 적층되는 제 3단계와;

상기 액상 PUR(Poly Urethane hotmelt) 접착제(2)를 건조 후 권취하는 제 2단계와;
PUR(Poly Urethane hotmelt)접착제가 코팅된 PE폼(5)은 권취상태에서 풀어져서 그 상부에 코어용 돌가루 포함 PVC시트(8), 인쇄지(7), 투명 PVC(6)가 순서대로 적층되되, PUR(Poly Urethane hotmelt)접착제(2)는 상기 PE폼(5)과 코어용 돌가루 포함 PVC시트(8) 사이에 적층되는 제 3단계와;
제 3 단계와 같이 적층된 상태에서 전방에 위치한 2개의 롤러(9) 사이를 통과함으로써 별도의 데코시트 제조공정을 필요로 하지않고 바닥재가 단번에 접합되어지는 제 4단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 주택 층간소음 해결용 바닥재의 제조방법.
