Claims (12)
- 복수의 전지셀이 적층된 전지셀 적층체;
상기 전지셀 적층체를 수납하는 모듈 프레임; 및
상기 전지셀 적층체와 상기 모듈 프레임의 바닥부 사이에 위치하는 제1 열전도성 수지층을 포함하고,
상기 바닥부는 제1 영역, 제2 영역 및 제3 영역을 포함하며,
상기 제3 영역은 서로 이격된 상기 제1 영역과 상기 제2 영역 사이에 위치하고,
상기 제1 영역과 상기 제2 영역 위에 상기 제1 열전도성 수지층이 형성되며,
상기 제3 영역에 적어도 하나의 관통구가 형성된 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 바닥부 아래에 위치하는 제2 열전도성 수지층을 더 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제2항에서,
상기 관통구를 통해, 상기 전지셀 적층체가 상기 제2 열전도성 수지층과 접촉하는 전지 모듈. - 제2항에서,
상기 제2 열전도성 수지층 아래에 위치하는 히트 싱크(Heat sink)를 더 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1 영역 및 상기 제2 영역은 상기 바닥부에서 서로 이격된 양 단부에 위치하고, 상기 제3 영역은 상기 제1 영역과 상기 제2 영역 사이에 위치한 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 모듈 프레임은 전면 및 후면이 개방되고,
상기 제1 영역 및 상기 제2 영역은, 상기 전면 및 상기 후면 각각과 인접한 상기 바닥부의 양 단부에 서로 이격되어 위치하는 전지 모듈. - 제6항에서,
상기 전지셀은 전극 리드를 포함하고,
상기 전극 리드는, 상기 모듈 프레임의 개방된 상기 전면 및 상기 후면을 향해 돌출된 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 모듈 프레임은, 상면이 개방된 U자형 프레임 및 상기 U자형 프레임의 개방된 상기 상면을 덮는 상부 플레이트를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 모듈 프레임은, 상기 바닥부, 2개의 측면부 및 천장부가 일체화된 모노 프레임인 전지 모듈. - 제9항에서,
상기 바닥부는 상기 제1 영역 및 상기 제2 영역에 각각 위치한 둘 이상의 주입구를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1 열전도성 수지층 및 상기 제2 열전도성 수지층 중 적어도 하나는, 열전도성 수지(Thermal resin)를 포함하고,
상기 열전도성 수지는, 실리콘(Silicone) 소재, 우레탄(Urethan) 소재 및 아크릴(Acrylic) 소재 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에 따른 전지 모듈을 하나 이상 포함하는 전지 팩.
