モジュールフレーム300bの底部310bは第1領域311b、第2領域312bおよび第3領域313bを含み、第3領域313bは互いに離隔した第1領域311bと第2領域312bとの間に位置する。第1領域311b及び第2領域312bの上に第1熱伝導性樹脂層810が形成され、第3領域313bに少なくとも一つの貫通口900bが形成される。

Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を収納するモジュールフレーム、および
前記電池セル積層体と前記モジュールフレームの底部との間に位置する第1熱伝導性樹脂層を含む電池モジュールであって、
前記底部は第1領域、第2領域および第3領域を含み、
前記第3領域は互いに離隔した前記第1領域と前記第2領域との間に位置し、
前記第1領域及び前記第2領域の上に前記第1熱伝導性樹脂層が形成され、
前記第3領域の上には前記第1熱伝導性樹脂層が形成されておらず、
前記第3領域に少なくとも一つの貫通口が形成されており、
前記モジュールフレームは前面および後面が開放され、
前記第1領域および前記第2領域は、前記前面および前記後面それぞれと隣接する前記底部の両端部に互いに離隔して位置し、
前記電池セルは電極リードを含み、
前記電極リードは、前記モジュールフレームの開放された前記前面および前記後面に向かって突出した、電池モジュール。 - 前記底部の下に位置する第2熱伝導性樹脂層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記貫通口を介して、前記電池セル積層体が前記第2熱伝導性樹脂層と接触する、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2熱伝導性樹脂層の下に位置するヒートシンクをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1領域および前記第2領域は前記底部で互いに離隔した両端部に位置し、前記第3領域は前記第1領域と前記第2領域との間に位置した、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームは、上面が開放されたU字型フレームおよび前記U字型フレームの開放された前記上面を覆う上部プレートを含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームは、前記底部、2個の側面部および天井部が一体化したモノフレームである、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記底部は前記第1領域および前記第2領域にそれぞれ位置した二つ以上の注入口を含む、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1熱伝導性樹脂層および前記第2熱伝導性樹脂層のうち少なくとも一つは、熱伝導性樹脂を含み、
前記熱伝導性樹脂は、シリコーン素材、ウレタン素材およびアクリル素材のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1による電池モジュールを一つ以上含む、電池パック。
