Abstract
(A) 하기 식 (1) 및/또는 (2)로 표시되는 오가노폴리실록산: 100질량부
(식 중, R은 탄소수 1∼10의 비치환 혹은 할로겐 원자 치환의 1가 탄화수소기, n은 10 이상의 정수)
(식 중, R 및 n은 상기한 바와 같고, X는 산소 원자 또는 탄소수 2∼5의 알킬렌기, m은 독립적으로 0 또는 1)
(B) (A), (C), (D) 성분 이외의, 1 분자 중에 규소 원자 결합 가수분해성 기를 적어도 3개 가지는 유기 규소 화합물 및/또는 그 부분 가수분해 축합물: 0.1∼50질량부
(C) 경화 촉매: 0.01∼20질량부
(D) 실란 커플링제: 0.1∼10질량부
(E) pH 지시약: 0.01∼10질량부

Claims (9)
- 미경화 상태로부터 경화의 진행에 따라 색이 바뀌는 실온 경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물로서,
(A) 하기 일반식 (1) 및/또는 (2)로 표시되는 오가노폴리실록산: 100질량부,
(식 중, R은 동일 또는 이종의 탄소수 1∼10의 비치환 혹은 할로겐 원자 치환의 1가 탄화수소기이며, n은 10 이상의 정수이다.)
(식 중, R 및 n은 상기한 바와 같으며, X는 산소 원자 또는 탄소수 2∼5의 알킬렌기이고, m은 독립적으로 0 또는 1이다.)
(B) (A) 성분, (C) 성분 및 (D) 성분 이외의, 1 분자 중에 규소 원자에 결합한 가수분해 가능한 기를 적어도 3개 가지는 유기 규소 화합물 및/또는 그 부분 가수분해 축합물: 0.1∼50질량부,
(C) 경화 촉매: 0.01∼20질량부,
(D) 실란 커플링제: 0.1∼10질량부,
(E) pH 지시약: 0.01∼10질량부
를 함유하는 것인 실온 경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, (F) 성분으로서 용제를 (A) 성분 100질량부에 대하여 0.1∼20질량부 더 함유하는 것인 실온 경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, (A) 성분, (B) 성분, (C) 성분 및 (D) 성분을 함유하는 혼합물 중에, (F) 성분 중에 용해한 (E) 성분이 균일하게 분산된 것인 실온 경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (D) 성분이 염기성 실란 커플링제인 것인 실온 경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (G) 성분으로서 적어도 1종의 무기질 충전제를 (A) 성분 100질량부에 대하여 1∼500질량부 더 함유하여 이루어지는 실온 경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (E) 성분이 염기성 영역에서 변색하는 pH 지시약인 것을 특징으로 하는 실온 경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 색이 바뀜으로써, 경화의 진행 정도를 시인할 수 있는 것인 실온 경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 실온 경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물의 경화물층을 가지는 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 주 어느 한 항에 기재된 실온 경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물을 대기 중의 습기에 의해 실온에서 경화시킴으로써, 미경화 상태에서의 이 조성물의 색상으로부터 변색된 실리콘 고무 경화물이 얻어지는 것을 시인하는 공정을 포함하는 것인 실온 경화성 오가노폴리실록산 조성물의 경화 상태를 판별하는 방법.
