Description
도 2는 마그네시아(MgO)에 오산화니오비움(Nb2O5)을 첨가하여 소결한 시편의 열확산도의 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3은 마그네시아(MgO)에 산화지르코늄(ZrO2)을 첨가하여 소결한 시편의 열확산도의 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4는 마그네시아(MgO)에 0.3중량%이산화티탄(TiO2), 0.3중량%오산화니오비움(Nb2O5) 및 산화지르코늄(ZrO2)의 조성물을 첨가하여 소결한 시편의 열확산도 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (8)
- 이산화티탄(TiO2) 0 wt.% 초과 내지 0.5 wt.%;
오산화니오비움(Nb2O5) 0 wt.% 초과 내지 0.5 wt.%; 및
잔부의 마그네시아(MgO); 을 포함하는
고열전도성 마그네시아 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 알루미나(Al2O3) 및 바나듐옥사이드(V2O5) 중 어느 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
고열전도성 마그네시아 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 상기 알루미나 0 wt.% 초과 내지 0.3 wt.%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
고열전도성 마그네시아 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이산화티탄 및 상기 오산화니오비움의 함량은 각각 0.3 wt.%인 것을 특징으로 하는
고열전도성 마그네시아 조성물.
- (a) 마그네시아(MgO)에 3가 이상의 원자가를 갖는 산화물인 도너(Donor)를 첨가 및 혼합하여, 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 하나의 조성물을 제조하는 단계;
(b) 상기 조성물을 건조하는 단계;
(c) 상기 조성물을 소결하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 마그네시아(MgO)에 2종 이상의 상기 도너(Donor)를 첨가함으로써, 소결성 향상을 통한 저온소결을 달성하는

- 청구항 1 내지 4의 조성물 중 어느 하나를 포함하고, 10.4mm2/s 내지 21.9mm2/s의 열확산도 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는
