Claims (15)
- 제1전극, 제2전극 및 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 전극조립체;
상기 전극조립체가 내장되며, 일면이 개방된 케이스;
상기 케이스의 상기 개방된 일면에 결합되는 캡플레이트; 및
상기 전극조립체와 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 캡플레이트상에 배치되는 단자부;를 포함하며,
상기 단자부가 상기 캡플레이트상에서 일방향으로 슬라이딩 가능한 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 일방향은 상기 캡플레이트의 폭방향과 나란하고,
상기 단자부는 상기 일방향으로 전달되는 외력에 의해 슬라이딩되는 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캡플레이트는, 상기 일방향으로 연장되고, 상기 단자부를 향해 돌출되는 가이드돌기를 포함하며,
상기 단자부는, 상기 일방향으로 연장되고, 상기 가이드돌기가 슬라이딩되도록 삽입되는 가이드홈을 포함하는 이차전지. - 제3항에 있어서,

상기 캡플레이트를 관통하여 상기 단자부 및 전극조립체를 전기적으로 연결하는 기둥부;를 더 포함하고,
상기 캡플레이트에는 상기 기둥부에 의해 관통되는 단자홀이 마련되며,
상기 단자홀은 상기 일방향으로 연장된 장홀 형태로 마련되어 상기 기둥부가 상기 일방향으로 이동되는 것을 허용하는 이차전지. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 단자홀의 내측면과 상기 기둥부 사이에 개재되어 상기 단자홀을 실링하는 실링가스켓;을 더 포함하고,
상기 실링가스켓은 탄성소재로 구비되어 상기 기둥부의 상기 일방향 이동을 허용하며 상기 단자홀의 실링상태를 유지하는 이차전지. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 케이스 내부에 마련되고, 일측이 상기 전극조립체와 결합되며, 타측이 상기 기둥부와 결합되는 집전부재;를 더 포함하고,
상기 집전부재의 상기 타측은 상기 기둥부와 함께 상기 일방향으로 이동이 허용되는 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캡플레이트는, 상기 케이스의 내압 상승에 따라 상기 케이스의 외부를 향해 돌출되도록 변형되는 단락부재를 포함하고,
상기 단자부는 적어도 일부가 상기 단락부재의 상부측에 위치한 상태로 슬라이딩되는 이차전지. - 전극조립체가 내장된 케이스, 상기 케이스의 개방된 일면에 결합되는 캡플레이트 및 상기 캡플레이트상에 구비되고 상기 전극조립체와 전기적으로 연결된 단자부를 포함하는 이차전지;를 포함하고,
상기 단자부는 상기 캡플레이트상에서 일방향으로 슬라이딩되는 전지모듈. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 이차전지는 복수개로 마련되어 상기 캡플레이트의 폭방향을 따라 배열되고,
이웃하는 이차전지의 각 단자부는 버스바를 통해 전기적으로 연결되며,
상기 단자부는 상기 버스바와 함께 상기 폭방향을 따라 슬라이딩되는 전지모듈. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 이차전지는, 상기 캡플레이트를 관통하며 상기 전극조립체와 상기 단자부를 전기적으로 연결하는 기둥부;를 더 포함하고,
상기 캡플레이트에는 상기 기둥부가 관통하는 단자홀이 마련되며,
상기 단자홀은 상기 폭방향으로 연장된 장홀 형태로 마련되어 상기 기둥부가 상기 단자부 및 상기 버스바와 함께 상기 폭방향으로 이동되는 것을 허용하는 전지모듈.
