천마와 증류수를 1 : 10 ~ 20 중량비로 혼합한 후 환류추출기를 이용하여 90 ~ 95 ℃에서 3 ~ 6 시간 동안 추출하고, 추출액을 3,000 ~ 4,000 rpm에서 3 ~ 10분 동안 원심분리하고, 상등액을 여과한 여액을 회전증발농축기(Rotavapor)로 농축하여 제조된 천마 추출물 0.1 ~ 3.0 wt%; 또는
