- 고무 패드에 있어서,
기재 표면으로 대나무 섬유가 돌출되도록 배향되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 앵커링 특성이 향상된 대나무 섬유 함유 고무 패드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 앵커링 특성이 향상된 대나무 섬유 함유 고무 패드는,
기재 100 중량부에 대하여, 대나무 섬유 5 ~ 30 중량부가 배향되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 앵커링 특성이 향상된 대나무 섬유 함유 고무 패드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 기재는,
천연고무 또는 합성고무인 것을 특징으로 하는, 앵커링 특성이 향상된 대나무 섬유 함유 고무 패드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 대나무 섬유는,
표면개질하여 사용되되, 개질제는 비닐메톡시 실란, 비닐트리메톡시 실란, 비닐에폭시 실란, 3-아미노프로필트리에톡시 실란, N-(β-아미노에틸)-γ-아미노프로필메틸디메톡시 실란 또는 N-(β-아미노에틸)-γ-아미노프로필메틸디메톡시 실란인 것을 특징으로 하는, 앵커링 특성이 향상된 대나무 섬유 함유 고무 패드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 대나무 섬유는,
1 ~ 100 mm의 길이로 절단되어 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 앵커링 특성이 향상된 대나무 섬유 함유 고무 패드.
