도 2는 메인 보드 및 본 발명에 따른 EMC-필터 모듈로 구성된 인버터의 제어를 위한 구조 유닛의 기본 원리도이며,
도 3은 두 개의 캐리어 보드 및 공통 모드 초크를 구비한 본 발명에 따른 EMC-필터 모듈의 실시예에 대한 사시도이다.

Claims (10)
- 하나 이상의 초크(4, 5), 하나 이상의 코어(11) 및 복수의 커패시터(6, 7, 8, 9)를 포함하는, 노이즈 신호를 억제하기 위한 EMC-필터(1)에 있어서,
EMC-필터 모듈(10)에서 코일(16)을 갖는 초크(4, 5)의 하나 이상의 코어(11)가 제1 캐리어 보드(14) 상에 배치되고, 커패시터(6, 7, 8, 9) 중 하나 이상의 커패시터가 제1 캐리어 보드(14) 상에 배치되며, 제1 캐리어 보드(14)는 2개 이상의 접촉 수단(17)을 포함하고, EMC-필터 모듈(10)의 제1 캐리어 보드(14)가 인버터(2)의 메인 보드(12)에서 접촉 수단(17) 및 상기 메인 보드와 전기적으로 연결되도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 EMC-필터(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 제2 캐리어 보드(15)는 EMC-필터 모듈(10) 내에 배치되고 코어(11)는 제1 캐리어 보드(14)와 제2 캐리어 보드(15) 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 EMC-필터(1).
- 제2항에 있어서, 제2 캐리어 보드(15)는 제1 캐리어 보드(14)에 대해 평행하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 EMC-필터(1).
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1 캐리어 보드(14)와 제2 캐리어 보드(15) 사이에는 연결 수단(19)이 배치되고, 초크(4, 5)의 코어(11)는 제1 캐리어 보드(14)와 제2 캐리어 보드(15) 사이에 그리고 연결 수단(19) 상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 EMC-필터(1).
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1 캐리어 보드(14)의 표면 상에 그리고/또는 제2 캐리어 보드(15)의 표면 상에 적어도 부분적으로 도체 트랙을 형성하는 구리 층(13)이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 EMC-필터(1).
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1 캐리어 보드(14) 및/또는 제2 캐리어 보드(15)의 구리 층(13)을 형성하는 도체 트랙 상에 커패시터(6, 7, 8, 9)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 EMC-필터(1).
- 제1항에 있어서, 접촉 수단(17)으로서 노우즈 또는 러그가 제1 및/또는 제2 캐리어 보드(14, 15)에 배치되거나 납땜 러그, 플러그 접촉부, 클램핑 접촉부 또는 나사 접촉부가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 EMC-필터(1).
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1 캐리어 보드(14)와 제2 캐리어 보드(15) 사이에는 하나의 공통 모드 초크의 하나의 코어(11)가 배치되거나 두 개의 상대 모드 초크의 두 개의 코어들(11)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 EMC-필터(1).
- 제5항에 있어서, 적어도 도체 트랙을 형성하는 제1 캐리어 보드(14)의 구리 층(13)과 도체 트랙을 형성하는 메인 보드(12)의 구리 층(13) 사이에는 전기적 연결을 형성하는 납땜 연결부(18)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 EMC-필터(1).
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 캐리어 보드(14)는 메인 보드(12)에 대해 수직으로 정렬되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 EMC-필터(1).
