Claims (6)
- 실리카 미립자(A)와, 비이온계 계면활성제(B)와, 비이온계 계면활성제(C)를 포함하는 방오 코팅 조성물로서,
상기 비이온계 계면활성제(B)가 아세틸렌다이올계 계면활성제(b-1) 및 폴리옥시알킬렌 알킬 에터계 계면활성제(b-2)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 비이온계 계면활성제(B)이고,
상기 비이온계 계면활성제(C)가 바이닐계 폴리머 계면활성제(c-1) 및 폴리옥시알킬렌 지방산 에스터계 계면활성제(c-2)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종류의 비이온계 계면활성제(C)이고,
상기 비이온계 계면활성제(B)와 비이온계 계면활성제(C)의 질량비((B)/(C))가 5/95∼90/10인, 방오 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
추가로 산화 타이타늄을 포함하는, 방오 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
표면 장력이 25∼40mN/m인, 방오 코팅 조성물. - 피도물에, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방오 코팅 조성물을 도포하여, 방오 코팅층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는, 방오 코팅층의 형성 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
피도물이 유기 도막, 무기 도막, 유기 무기 하이브리드 도막 및 불소 수지 도막으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 도막을 갖고, 상기 도막 위에 상기 방오 코팅 조성물을 도포하는 것을 포함하는, 방오 코팅층의 형성 방법. - 피도물에, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방오 코팅 조성물을 도포하여, 방오 코팅층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는, 요업 건재의 제조 방법.
