Claims (9)
- 기판 상에 마련되고 복수의 화소를 가지며,
상기 복수의 화소 각각은,
상기 기판의 제 1 면 방향으로 광을 방출하는 제 1 발광 영역;
입사되는 광을 상기 기판의 제 1 면 방향으로 반사시키는 반사 영역; 및
상기 반사 영역과 중첩되고, 상기 기판의 제 1 면과 반대되는 제 2 면 방향으로 광을 방출하는 제 2 발광 영역을 포함하는, 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 화소 각각은,
상기 제 1 발광 영역에 마련된 박막 트랜지스터를 갖는 화소 회로;
상기 박막 트랜지스터에 연결되면서 상기 제 1 발광 영역과 상기 반사 영역에 마련된 화소 전극;
상기 화소 전극 상에 마련된 유기 발광층; 및
상기 유기 발광층 상에 마련된 공통 전극을 포함하는, 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 화소 전극은,
상기 박막 트랜지스터에 연결되면서 상기 제 1 발광 영역에 반사 재질로 마련된 제 1 화소 전극 패턴; 및
상기 제 1 화소 전극 패턴과 전기적으로 연결되면서 상기 반사 영역에 투명 재질로 마련된 제 2 화소 전극 패턴을 포함하는, 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
