Claims (10)
- 기판 상에 화소 구동부가 형성되어 발광하는 유기 EL 디스플레이 소자에 있어서,화소 구동 영역 상에 배면발광을 위한 화소 전극 및 공통 전극과, 전면발광을 위한 화소 전극 및 공통 전극이 각각 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 양방향 유기 EL 디스플레이 소자.
- 삭제
- 기판 상에 화소 구동부를 형성하는 단계;상기 화소 구동부 상에 배면발광용인 제 1 애노드 전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 화소 구동부와 제 1 애노드 전극 상에, 전면발광용인 제 2 애노드 전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 애노드 전극의 일부분을 노출시키고 제 2 애노드 전극이 덮이도록 절연막을 형성하고 정공 주입층, 정공 전달층, 발광층, 전자 전달층, 전자 주입층을 순차적으로 형성하는 단계;상기 발광층 전 영역에 제 1 캐소드 전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 캐소드 전극 영역을 쉐도우 마스크로 가리고 제 2 캐소드 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 양방향 유기 EL 디스플레이 소자 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 배면 발광용 제 1 애노드 전극은 일 함수(work function) 값이 높은 투명 전도막인 것을 특징으로 하는 양방향 유기 EL 디스플레이 패널 소자 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 전면 발광용 제 2 애노드 전극은 반사율과 일 함수(work function) 값이 높은 전도성막인 것을 특징으로 하는 양방향 유기 EL 디스플레이 소자 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서상기 제 2 애노드 전극은 Cr, Al, Mo, Ag 및 Au 중 하나를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양방향 유기 EL 디스플레이 소자 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 캐소드 전극은 전면발광용이고, 제 2 캐소드 전극은 배면발광용인 것을 특징으로 하는 양방향 유기 EL 디스플레이 소자 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 캐소드 전극은 일함수가 낮은 전도성 물질을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양방향 유기 EL 디스플레이 소자 제조 방법
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 캐소드는 반사율이 높고 일함수가 낮은 전도성 물질을 증착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양방향 유기 EL 디스플레이 소자 제조 방법.
