Claims (17)
- 광이 입사하는 입사면을 갖는 광학층과,
상기 광학층 내에 형성된 파장 선택 반사막을 구비하고,
입사각 (θ, φ) (단, θ:상기 입사면에 대한 수선과, 상기 입사면에 입사하는 입사광 또는 상기 입사면으로부터 출사되는 반사광이 이루는 각, φ:상기 입사면 내의 특정 직선과, 상기 입사광 또는 상기 반사광을 상기 입사면에 사영한 성분이 이루는 각) 으로 상기 입사면에 입사한 광 중, 특정 파장대의 광을 (θ, -φ) 근방의 방향으로 선택적으로 지향 반사하는 것에 반하여, 상기 특정 파장대 이외의 광을 투과하는 광학체. - 광이 입사하는 입사면을 갖는 광학층과,
상기 광학층 내에 형성된 파장 선택 반사막을 구비하고,
상기 파장 선택 반사막은, 제 1 주면 및 제 2 주면을 갖고,
상기 광학층이, 상기 파장 선택 반사막의 제 1 주면 상에 형성된 제 1 광학층과, 상기 파장 선택 반사막의 제 2 주면 상에 형성된 제 2 광학층을 구비하고,
상기 제 1 광학층은, 상기 파장 선택 반사막이 형성되는 면에 1 차원 배열된 구조체를 갖고,
상기 구조체는, 일 방향으로 연장된 기둥 형상체이고,
입사각 (θ, φ) (단, θ:상기 입사면에 대한 수선과, 상기 입사면에 입사하는 입사광 또는 상기 입사면으로부터 출사되는 반사광이 이루는 각, φ:상기 입사면 내에 있어서 상기 기둥 형상체의 능선과 직교하는 직선과, 상기 입사광 또는 상기 반사광을 상기 입사면에 사영한 성분이 이루는 각) 으로 상기 입사면에 입사한 광 중, 특정 파장대의 광을 (θo, -φ) 의 방향 (0°<θo<90°) 으로 선택적으로 지향 반사하는 것에 반하여, 상기 특정 파장대 이외의 광을 투과하는 광학체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 지향 반사하는 광이, 주로 파장 대역 780 ㎚ ~ 2100 ㎚ 의 근적외선인 광학체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 파장 선택 반사막이, 가시광 영역에 있어서 투명성을 갖는 도전성 재료를 주성분으로 하는 투명 도전막, 또는 외부 자극에 의해 반사 성능이 가역적으로 변화하는 크로믹 재료를 주성분으로 하는 기능막인 광학체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 파장 선택 반사막이, 상기 입사면에 대하여 경사진 복수의 파장 선택 반사막으로 이루어지고,
상기 복수의 파장 선택 반사막이, 서로 평행하게 배치되어 있는 광학체. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 광학층과 상기 제 2 광학층의 굴절률차가 0.010 이하인 광학체. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 광학층과 상기 제 2 광학층이, 가시광 영역에 있어서 투명성을 갖는 동일 수지로 이루어지고, 상기 제 2 광학층에는 첨가제가 포함되어 있는 광학체. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 구조체가 프리즘 형상 또는 원통 형상인 광학체. - 제 2 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 구조체의 주축이, 상기 입사면의 수선을 기준으로 하여 상기 구조체의 배열 방향으로 경사져 있는 광학체. - 제 2 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 구조체의 피치가 30 ㎛ 이상 5 ㎜ 이하인 광학체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 광학층이 가시 영역에 있어서의 특정 파장대의 광을 흡수하는 광학체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 광학층의 표면, 상기 광학층의 내부, 및 상기 파장 선택 반사막과 상기 광학층 사이 중, 적어도 1군데에 광 산란체를 더 구비하는 광학체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 광학체의 상기 입사면 상에, 발수성 또는 친수성을 갖는 층을 구비하는 광학체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 광학체를 구비하는 창재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 광학체를 구비하는 블라인드.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 광학체를 구비하는 롤 커튼.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 광학체를 구비하는 장지.
