Abstract
Ba, Sr, Ca 및 Mg로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 제1 원소와, Eu, Ce, Tb 및 Mn으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 제2 원소와, Si와, N을 포함하는 조성을 가지는 소성물을 준비하는 것과, -20℃ 이상 150℃ 미만의 온도에서 상기 소성물과 불소 함유 물질을 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 질화물 형광체의 제조 방법이다.

Claims (10)
- Ba, Sr, Ca 및 Mg로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 제1 원소와, Eu, Ce, Tb 및 Mn으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 제2 원소와, Si와, N을 포함하는 조성을 가지는 소성물을 준비하는 것과,
-20℃ 이상 150℃ 미만의 온도에서 상기 소성물과 불소 함유 물질을 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 질화물 형광체의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 원소가 Ba를 포함하는 질화물 형광체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 소성물과 불소 함유 물질을 접촉시키는 온도가 0℃ 이상 140℃ 미만인 질화물 형광체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 질화물 형광체의 불소 함유량이 1질량% 이상 10질량% 이하인 질화물 형광체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 소성물은 하기 식 (I)로 나타내는 조성을 가지는 질화물 형광체의 제조 방법.
(M11-yM2y)2Si5N8 (I)
(식 (I) 중 M1은 Ba, Sr, Ca 및 Mg로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, M2는 Eu, Ce, Tb 및 Mn으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이며, y는 0.001≤y<0.5를 만족하는 수이다.) - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 소성물은 하기 식 (II)로 나타내는 조성을 가지는 질화물 형광체의 제조 방법.
(Ba1-x-yM12xM2y)2Si5N8 (II)
(식 (II) 중 M12는 Sr, Ca 및 Mg로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, M2는 Eu, Ce, Tb 및 Mn으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이며, x 및 y는 각각 0.0≤x<1.0, 0.001≤y<0.5, 0.001≤x+y<1.0을 만족하는 수이다.) - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
불소 함유 물질이 F2, CHF3, CF4, SiF4 및 NF3으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 불소계 가스인 질화물 형광체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 소성물을 불활성 가스 분위기 중에서 상기 불소 함유 물질과 접촉시키는 질화물 형광체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 불소 함유 물질이 불소 가스인 질화물 형광체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 질화물 형광체의 450㎚에서의 반사율이 12% 이하인 질화물 형광체의 제조 방법.
