미세다공막과, 미세다공막의 적어도 한쪽 면에 형성된 다공질층을 구비하고, 상기 다공질층은 불화비닐리덴-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체(A)와, 불화비닐리덴 단위를 함유하는 중합체(B)와, 아크릴 수지를 함유하고, 상기 불화비닐리덴-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체(A)는 친수기와, 헥사플루오로프로필렌 단위를 0.3 ㏖%∼3 ㏖% 함유하고, 상기 불화비닐리덴 단위를 함유하는 중합체(B)는, 융점이 60℃ 이상 145℃ 이하, 중량 평균 분자량이 10만 이상 75만 이하인 전지용 세퍼레이터.

Claims (15)
- 미세다공막과, 미세다공막의 적어도 한쪽 면에 형성된 다공질층을 구비하고, 상기 다공질층은 불화비닐리덴-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체(A)와, 불화비닐리덴 단위를 함유하는 중합체(B)와, 아크릴 수지를 함유하고, 상기 불화비닐리덴-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체(A)는 친수기와, 헥사플루오로프로필렌 단위를 0.3 ㏖%∼3 ㏖% 함유하고, 상기 불화비닐리덴 단위를 함유하는 중합체(B)는, 융점이 60℃ 이상 145℃ 이하, 중량 평균 분자량이 10만 이상 75만 이하인 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불화비닐리덴-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체(A)는, 중량 평균 분자량이 75만보다 크고 200만 이하인 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다공질층은 입자를 함유하는 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불화비닐리덴-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체(A)의 함유량이, 불화비닐리덴-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체(A)와 불화비닐리덴 단위를 함유하는 중합체(B)의 총 중량에 대하여, 15중량% 이상 85중량% 이하이고, 아크릴 수지의 함유량이, 불화비닐리덴-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체(A), 불화비닐리덴 단위를 함유하는 중합체(B) 및 아크릴 수지의 총 중량에 대하여, 4중량% 이상 40중량% 이하인 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아크릴 수지는 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르와 시아노기를 갖는 단량체와의 공중합체인 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아크릴 수지는 부틸 아크릴레이트를 함유하는 공중합체인 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아크릴 수지는 부틸 아크릴레이트와 아크릴로니트릴과의 공중합체인 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 아크릴 수지에 있어서의 부틸 아크릴레이트의 함유량은 50 ㏖%∼75 ㏖%인 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불화비닐리덴-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체(A)의 친수기의 함유량은 0.1 ㏖%∼5 ㏖%인 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 습윤 시 굽힘 강도가 4 N 이상, 건조 시 굽힘 강도가 5 N 이상, 또한 건조 시 박리력이 8 N/m인 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제3항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자의 함유량은, 다공질층의 총 중량에 대하여, 50중량% 이상 90중량% 이하인 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제3항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자가 알루미나, 티타니아, 베마이트, 황산바륨으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 함유하는 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공질층의 두께가 한쪽 면당 0.5∼3 ㎛인 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세다공막이 폴리올레핀 미세다공막인 전지용 세퍼레이터.
- (1) 불화비닐리덴-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체(A)와 불화비닐리덴 단위를 함유하는 중합체(B)를 용매에 용해한 불소계 수지 용액을 얻는 공정과,
(2) 아크릴 수지를 용매에 용해한 아크릴 수지 용액을 불소계 수지 용액에 첨가하고, 혼합하여 도공액을 얻는 공정과,
(3) 도공액을 미세다공막에 도포하고 응고액에 침지하고, 세정, 건조하는 공정을 순차적으로 포함하며, 상기 불화비닐리덴-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체(A)는 친수기와, 헥사플루오로프로필렌 단위를 0.3 ㏖%∼3 ㏖% 함유하고, 상기 불화비닐리덴 단위를 함유하는 중합체(B)는, 융점이 60℃ 이상 145℃ 이하, 중량 평균 분자량이 10만 이상 75만 이하이고, 상기 아크릴 수지는 부틸 아크릴레이트 단위를 함유하는, 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 전지용 세퍼레이터의 제조 방법.
