Claims (13)
- 점착층을 포함하는 무기재 점착테이프로서,
상기 점착층은 아크릴계 공중합체; 및 상온에서 응집력을 갖고 유리전이온도(Tg)가 50 ℃ 이상 내지 100 ℃ 미만인 응집성 올리고머를 포함하는 무기재 점착테이프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴계 공중합체는 탄소수 4 내지 20의 아크릴레이트 단량체가 공중합된 것인, 무기재 점착테이프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴계 공중합체는 중량 평균 분자량이 500,000 내지 2,000,000인, 무기재 점착테이프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 응집성 올리고머의 유리전이온도(Tg)는 50 내지 80 ℃인, 무기재 점착테이프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 응집성 올리고머는 중량 평균 분자량이 100 내지 5,000인, 무기재 점착테이프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 응집성 올리고머는 아크릴계 공중합체 전체 100 중량부를 기준으로 10 내지 50 중량부로 혼합되는 것인, 무기재 점착테이프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 응집성 올리고머는 응집성 아크릴계 올리고머인, 무기재 점착테이프.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 응집성 올리고머는 tert-부틸 메타크릴레이트(t-BMA), 사이클로헥실 메타크릴레이트(CHMA), 에틸 메타크릴레이트(EMA), 메틸 메타크릴레이트(MMA), 메틸 아크릴레이트(MA), 2-하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트(HEMA) 및 이소보르닐 아크릴레이트(IBOA)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인, 무기재 점착테이프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 점착층은 광경화성 화합물을 포함하는 것인, 무기재 점착테이프.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 광경화성 화합물은 트리메틸올프로판 트리(메타)아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 트리(메타)아크릴레이트, 테트라에틸렌 글리콜 디(메타)아크릴레이트, 디펜타에리트리톨 펜타(메타)아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 테트라(메타)아크릴레이트, 트리스(2-하이드록시에틸)이소시아누레이트 트리(메타)아크릴레이트, 트리스(2-하이드록시에틸)이소시아누레이트 디(메타)아크릴레이트 및 1,6-헥사디올디(메타) 아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인, 무기재 점착테이프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 무기재 점착테이프는 디스플레이패널용인, 무기재 점착테이프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 무기재 점착테이프는, 점착층의 일면에 베이스 필름 및 상기 점착층과 접하는 경박리 이형층을 포함하는 경박리 이형필름이 형성되고, 점착층의 타면에 베이스 필름 및 상기 점착층과 접하는 중박리 이형층을 포함하는 중박리 이형필름이 형성된 것인, 무기재 점착테이프.
- 베이스 필름의 일면에 경박리 이형층을 형성하여 경박리 이형필름을 제조하는 단계;
별도의 베이스 필름의 일면에 중박리 이형층을 형성하여 중박리 이형필름을 제조한 후, 상기 중박리 이형층 상에 점착층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 경박리 이형층과 상기 점착층을 합지하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 점착층은 아크릴계 공중합체; 및 상온에서 응집력을 갖고 유리전이온도(Tg)가 50 ℃ 이상 내지 100 ℃ 미만인 응집성 올리고머를 포함하는 무기재 점착테이프의 제조방법.
