Claims (15)
- A) 방향족 폴리카르보네이트 20 wt% 내지 99.0 wt%,
B) 적어도 1종의 난연제 0.0 내지 1.0 wt%,
C) 적어도 1종의 유리 섬유, 적어도 1종의 탄소 섬유 및/또는 적어도 1종의 탄소 나노튜브 0.5 wt% 내지 50.0 wt%,
D) 디글리세롤 에스테르의 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 유동 보조제 0.01 wt% 내지 3.0 wt%,
E) 적어도 1종의 점적 방지제 0.0 wt% 내지 5.0 wt%,
F) 적어도 1종의 열 안정화제 0.0 wt% 내지 1.0 wt%,
G) 추가 첨가제 0.0 wt% 내지 10.0 wt%
를 포함하는 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A) 내지 G)의 합계가 100 wt%가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, R = COCnH2n +1이고, 여기서 n이 6 내지 24, 바람직하게는 8 내지 18, 더욱 바람직하게는 10 내지 16, 더욱 더 바람직하게는 12의 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 존재하는 난연제가 지방족/방향족 술폰산 또는 술폰아미드의 알칼리 및/또는 알칼리 토금속 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 0.05 wt%의 점적 방지제가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리 섬유 및 0.001 내지 1.0 wt%의 난연제를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리 섬유가 존재하고, 유리 섬유가 3 mm 내지 6 mm의 배합전 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리 섬유가 존재하고, 유리 섬유가 세단(chopped) 유리 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리 섬유가 존재하고, 유리 섬유가 5 내지 25 ㎛, 바람직하게는 8 내지 20 ㎛, 더욱 바람직하게는 11 내지 17 ㎛의 평균 섬유 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, ISO 1133 (시험 온도 300℃, 질량 1.2 kg)에 따라 측정된 용융 부피 유동률 MVR이 7-25 ㎤/10 분이고, ISO 527에 따라 측정된 탄성률이 적어도 2700 kg*m-1*s-2인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 1.5 mm 벽 두께에서 UL94 V-0 가연성 등급을 갖는 전기/전자 부문 또는 IT 부문을 위한 0.1-3 mm 두께의 박벽 성형품의 제조에서 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 용도.
- 성형품, 구체적으로 울트라북의 구성품의 제조에서 ISO 1133 (시험 온도 300℃, 질량 1.2 kg)에 따라 측정된 용융 부피 유동률 MVR이 1-30 ㎤/10 분이고, 실온에서 DIN EN ISO 179/1eU에 따라 측정된 샤르피 충격 강도가 35 kJ/㎡ 초과인 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 용도.
- 폴리카르보네이트 용융물의 유동성을 개선시키기 위한 디글리세롤 에스테르의 용도.
